I picked up the car, drove 5 miles up the street and went into a store for a hot coffee, when i returned to the car, it wouldn't start, when i called the shop yet again, i was greeted with a very frustrated manager on the phone "that part was brand new, i dont know why it broke", still under warranty i asked them to repair it, this time upon recieving my car, i drove it straight home due to being very ill, i got in the car 4 days later to go to my doctor's appointment and the car refused to start once again. at this point i asked to speak with the owner or get a full refund for the faulty/poor work they did on my car and im still waiting for a response. i've called every single day and i'm told the owner Christopher Remillard was notified of the problem and would be calling me back soon. It has been a full week and on going i have heard nothing, meanwhile the manager "Mike" wants to hook my car up for more testes and parts, thus milk me for yet more money to repair my car, and has refused to offer to repair the broken part.or give me a refund on the faulty/poor repair job, DONT TRUST THIS SHOP, and i will report them to the BBB if this problem/refund is not taken care of properly, DONT BE A VICTIM!!

I have not used their service because they do have a reputation of damaging vehicles…read more That being said that it is not a business relationship that makes me feel the need to leave a review but as a neighbor to the shop location on RT 148 in Sturbridge, Ma. I was behind a flatbed tow truck that had the directional On to turn right, their years area, he did merge into the breakdown lane when my thinking kind felt he was going to park until a space opened up( I've seen that in the past) or back in once the line of traffic passed by, because he's pulled to the side. EXCEPT as I'm edging forward the driver suddenly swings the truck out into the middle of the road which also covered oncoming traffic. With myself slamming on the brakes having no idea what this guy is doing with a line of traffic behind him and causing the car in the other lane to swerve and make room for the flatbed. That kind of behavior is not acceptable to me, and it shouldn't be for the company either. While all of this is going on, 2 people were also trying to get out of the driveway which then caused a car block because everyone coming out and into the lot were driving like loony tunes. I wouldn't give my money to a tow company that drive like around a well traveled residential area. That's not being a good neighbor. Your business in a residential are, you should be a good neighbor. Not one we won't want around

Dear Cruise Control Team,…read more I am writing this letter to share my experience following an incident involving one of your company vehicles. The accident caused significant hardship for me and my family, and the impact went beyond the initial property damage. While the insurance company addressed the vehicle repairs and limited wage loss, the negligence of your driver created additional challenges, expenses, and responsibilities for us during an already difficult time. Replacing a vehicle in today's economy is not an easy task, and the aftermath of this accident placed a heavy burden on my family. I reached out to the owner directly because I wanted to feel that someone within the company understood what happened and cared about the effect it had on us. Unfortunately, after sending my email and not receiving a response, while seeing activity on social media, I felt ignored and disappointed. Because I did not receive a response, I decided to reach out to other departments within the company in hopes that someone would listen. That is when I received a call from Drew Damien. I want to make it clear that if Drew had not reached out, I would have walked away feeling like Cruise Control did not care about what happened to me or my family. Drew changed that perception. He listened to my concerns, showed genuine sympathy, and most importantly, he made me feel like my situation mattered. His compassion and willingness to help reminded me that there are still companies and individuals who value doing the right thing. I could list several reasons why I might hesitate to recommend Cruise Control based on how this situation was initially handled. However, the one reason I believe someone should still give your company a chance is because of people like Drew Damien. Drew represents the kind of customer service and humanity that customers hope to receive during difficult situations. He treated me with respect, listened when I needed someone to hear me, and restored some of my faith that companies can still care about the people they impact. Drew will not let you down. I hope Cruise Control recognizes the value of having someone like him representing your company. Sincerely,
