After seeing great reviews on yelp, I stopped by. They did a repair for me on the spot that took about 20 minutes. I watched the procedure which was meticulous and done with care. I had assumed the flap could be glued back down and was correct. But, having watched the guy do it, I would have mucked it up for sure. Knowledge and Experience goes a long way. Worth the $50 charge. This is a very common issue with the Outbacks because Subaru uses cheap, thin vinyl on the bolsters of their "leather" seats. Babar was very familiar with the issue on the Outbacks and offered me a very reasonable estimate for repair. In fact, the price was significantly lower than other auto upholstery shops in the area. I dropped the car off on Saturday morning and they had it completed and ready for pickup by 1:30 that afternoon. Very pleased with the repair and can hardly tell it's not original OEM install.
