We really enjoyed this place! My husband, baby, and I came on a weekday afternoon. We were in the…read morearea and we wanted to continue our pursuit of excellent local seafood. We started out with my husband's newfound favorite, the clam cakes. I appreciated the herbiness of the breadcrumbs they were fried in. My husband got the crab roll for his entree, and I did like the bite I was able to sneak of it. I really wanted the lobster roll but that $42 price tag turned me away quickly. Instead I got the fish and chips with pollock for my entree. I am always complaining about portion sizes. Not here, I was only able to finish around 1/3 of it. It is substantial! Not only was it a generous portion, but it was really nicely fried, and I loved the flaky salt on it. My one complaint is the sauces that you pay extra for. I got some piri-piri mayo and garlic aioli. Both of these were absolutely not worth it, grossly lacking in flavor. Don't waste your money on these and stick with ketchup. The staff was friendly, helpful, and as attentive as they could be from inside the food truck. The locale is super cute with a bunch of picnic tables out on a patio. The parking is super limited though so beware. Would definitely recommend!

Here is what we tried: Lobster Roll (4.5/5): Super delicious and buttery! At $42, it's definitely pricier than other spots in the area! Cape Shark Fish & Chips (4/5): Had to try these since it's what they're known for! Perfectly crispy and meaty Heirloom Tomato Salad (4/5): Nice and refreshing to have a veggie dish, though it leaned a little on the salty side. Rhode Island Clam Chowder (2.5/5): We tried the clear Rhode Island style for the first time, but it wasn't really for us as it tasted a bit too fishy.

First of all, the restaurant itself is small but very cute, cozy, and full of lovely New England-y Sea-Themed decor. We were promptly seated and had our order taken for our drinks & food - I had heard good things about this place, so I got a decent amount of food items, including: Lobster Roll - Arguably the best lobster roll I've ever had so far in my life. The brioche bun for it was soooo fluffy, soft, and a perfect complement to the big, juicy chunks of lobster that were seasoned and buttered JUST right. Also came with hefty and well-seasoned fries. New England Clam Chowder - Came with salted pork and potatoes in addition to the quahog clams. It was deliciously creamy and soothing to slurp on and the chunks within were all so tender and a great contrast. Clam Cakes - Added them to the Clam Chowder order for an extra $8. Big, hefty, doughy balls that were perfectly fried outside and ooey gooey within. Fish & Chips - Big, hefty fish that was juicy & delicious with a great crunch on the outside! Similarly came with the 'chips', or the hefty, well-seasoned fries that the lobster roll also came with. Oh yeah, pardon me, forgetting to mention the drinks! We ordered the Briny Martini and the Harbor House Punch! The Martini was great for a stronger drink and the Punch was a nice cocktail for anyone preferring something sweeter and fruitier. When it came to the food, service, and dining experience...it couldn't have been better! Everything was incredibly delicious and definitely worth ordering. This memorable experience then reached exceptional circumstances, however, as while we were in the middle of dining here and enjoying our delicious food, there was a shooting occurring just up the street at Brown University. I wish to commend the staff at Dune Brothers, who looked out for mine and their other patrons' safety and sheltering us in their restaurant as we all nervously waited for more information on what exactly was going on that evening. Exceptional circumstances aside, this restaurant is also exceptional when it comes to the quality of their food and service. I highly recommend coming here if you're in Providence!

The portions all around appeared huge. The flavor combinations were great and recommend you try. A side of fries is plenty for two to split as well. Next time I am in town I will be back to try the lobster roll! Service was great as well!

As always, the steak tips were incredible - melt in your mouth delicious (I always get them medium rare). The Benedict was perfectly done, and I love the home fries too. I do think the Pawtucket location gets the food out a little faster, but it wasn't a big deal and definitely doesn't affect my rating. The one thing however that i wish they did was focus a bit more on their coffee creations. You can get caramel added in your iced coffee but not chocolate syrup... interesting to say the least.

We walked in at 9:45 on a Saturday morning and took the last table inside. The patio was pretty full. We expected to have a long wait based on the lack of parking spaces in the lot. We ordered the bourbon peach waffles from the August specials menu and they did not disappoint. We also ordered the mini breakfast quesadillas. Overall, this place keeps hitting it out of the park. Minus one star for the comfort/enjoy ability of the experience: It was super loud with the music and the ambient sounds and they have absolutely nothing to absorb the sound. It took a bit for my ears to adjust. It is also very chilly inside despite all the bodies that should presumably be giving off some heat. I presume the temp is for the servers who are moving around at lightning speed. The hostess was wearing pants and a sweatshirt and a lot of patrons were also in light jackets or long sleeved shirts. The most egregious thing is that a large party with a small child had an adult making one of the children shriek nonstop for about 10 mins straight. Many of the patrons kept turning and looking at them and one of the adults told the child to be quiet, but nobody addressed the adult doing it. The staff didn't say anything to the adult and it was very annoying. Our food came out at different times with the sweet dish coming out before the savory even though we asked for it to come out together or with the savory first. By the time the second dish came, I was full and didn't even want it.
