Honestly, I was skeptical at first as a woman, I've experienced shops overcharging, being dishonest, or doing a mediocre job. From the moment I walked in, Frank greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The store and garage were both clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. The next day, after I had the issues fixed, I brought my car back. Frank completed the alignment, test-drove it himself, and only then handed it back to me. His honesty, respect, and attention to detail really stood out. **Ladies if you're skeptical about bringing your vehicle into a shop, don't be. Frank is a true gentleman. He was not rough, rude, or dismissive in any way. Just like the sign in the shop says: "We do it right." Axis Auto Repair truly lived up to that promise, and I left more than impressed.

AJ is the epitome of taking GREAT care of the customer by: --timely, proactive communication about the job milestones via phone and texts --high energy attitude toward getting the job done, on-time. I needed to replace a high-pressure fuel pump and they knocked it out in about 2 hours! --AJ actually showed me the new part to be installed. That was a first! (see photo) --friendly staff, and AJ introduced me to both the mechanic assigned to my vehicle AND they escorted me out onto the spotless garage floor to see under-the-hood --AJ himself took my repaired vehicle out for a test drive and a scan --...and there was one other thing...let me see...Oh, yes! A reasonable price! In fact, both the dealer AND another automotive shop (with several locations) were not even in the same ballpark as G&S's quote. G&S Automotive is my new home for car repairs and maintenance. Bravo Zulu! (meaning "Job well done")
