I'm not 100% sure on what would be charged for this particular issued I looked it up online and this fell within that range... towards the higher end of the range but within the range nonetheless. BONUS, I checked in on Yelp and there was a 10% off labor coupon. That saved us about $40! Like I said, no one LOVES having to service a vehicle but when we have to, we'll be returning Simba Automotive!

To start off what I thought to be one visit turned out to be 3. I went in to get my radiator fan fixed because my car was running hot. They were able to fix the issue so I thought but maybe an hour after I left it ran hot again and I drove it back. The manager Leo told me what may be the problem and fixed it. Ok no problem but then later on that evening more lights came on and my car pretty much didn't want to turn back on. I got the car towed and came back in the morning. I was a little upset because now what. But when I spoke to Leo again they took the car quickly to see what was going on and it was a different issue in related to what was repaired needing a new alternator. I was pretty upset thinking wow I have to spend more money but it was not on the mechanic fault it was just an affect of all of the energy being pulled from the old alternator hopefully I'm explaining it correctly. The reason this is four stars because Leo was so compassionate because he knew what happened and only charged me at cost for the alternator and didn't charge for the labor for this second issue. I would definitely go back because of the character of Leo and I forgot to say to top it off he was going out of town the same day but he waited to test drive the car himself to make sure I was good and I haven't had a problem again.

I was greeted immediately and explained the issue, was giving timing for when the assessment may be completed and what to expect. The assessment took about 30 minutes and they called with their findings, recommendations and quotes. I had previously priced out the service so the quote I received for brake pads and new rotors was very reasonable and well within a reasonable price range for my car. I had about 25,000 miles on my vehicle. They never said anything about the rotors. I had them rotate my truck tires and when I left, the low tire pressure light was on. I checked when I got home and they had lowered my tire pressure from 50psi down to 32. They did that on two different occasions. I had trailer tires mounted and balanced. Most of the stick on weights flew off. I won't trust them with my vehicle now. I even go elsewhere for the emissions test.

Took my 2010 Sienna in for oil change after getting bad feels about the national chain JL and looking through the reviews here. Check in was quick and efficient with simple one page to set things happening. Owner(?) knew the recommended oil (Toyotas are weird like that) and shared dirt on filters; they're basically all the same. Waiting area is basic but comfortable though service was so quick it hardly mattered tbh. Service tech let me know everything looked good as he returned with keys and such. Final check out lady was strong with customer service and even guided me to the restroom. When asked about a transmission fluid change the tech said everything looked good and didn't attempt upsell or anything!!! - Brilliant though I'll certainly be back to Noah when / if / as the Great Green Beast needs anything.
