I wanted to finally take a moment to reach out to let you know, the amazing experience, I have had…read moredealing with Kelley Bartlett during my kids bathroom remodel. From the start, (actually back in September) Kelley was attentive to the design and products, I was looking for the remodel project. I loved that she gave me choices but not too many that it would overwhelm me, at a price point that fit my project budget. Her knowledge base of many different product lines such as American Standard, Bosch, Kohler, etc.... was impressive. I would love to say, that my experience with my contractor has been as amazing as the one with Kelley. However, it has not been and I've encountered many issues that I had no idea how to handle. Each time, I reached out to Kelley and she gave me direction and contacts to help me resolve the situation. I realize, she absolutely didn't have to help me and received no monetary benefit which is a testament to her work ethics and going far above and beyond the call of duty. I absolutely, will use Kelley again in my master bathroom remodel. I have sung her praises to my friends when discussing the excellent customer service I have received from her. She is an outstanding employee who understands the meaning of exceptional customer service.

Great showroom and after an hour the only thing we got was some shitty catalogs.

After seeing several ads on Facebook for Trimlight after mentioning I wanted a permanent light…read moresolution for the house (outside), I started looking into it. It seems perfect! But I was sure there was a catch! After going back and forth for months I finally set up a consultation. Kevin came out and explained everything, took measurements, and made up an invoice. Shockingly it was less than I anticipated. The deposit was paid and everything was ordered. Sunday Kevin, his daughter, and another gentleman came out and started setting up the lights. After 18 hours (13 hours Sunday, 5 hours today) the lights are done! They are seamlessly installed and when they're off you can't even tell they are there! They also were able to do lights on the gazebo! Kevin and his crew did an amazing job and we are so happy with the results! Even mom is happy and she's hard to impress! Kevin thank you thank you thank you again! The lights are amazing and absolutely beautiful!

Seacoast Trimlight did a very good job installing this system. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend this company.

DiGrazia Electric

I recently had two recessed lights installed in my bathroom and one shower fan. I have also used…read moreMr. DiGrazia for other larger projects in the past. The recessed lights were not installed properly and he later tells me he had never installed a 'Fantech' shower fan before, so he complained about it and took a much longer time to install. The recessed lights were not seated properly and there was an obvious gap between the bulb and the inside trim of the fixture. When I tried to pull the fixture down to the ceiling line, it was very loose and had not been anchored properly to the rafters in the attic. He also pulled out all the insulation in the attic and never replaced it, leaving a mess. I called Mr. DiGrazia to come back to correct the problem which he agreed to do. He does not return phone calls, so you have to keep tracking him down. He did not show up for the appt. we had set and after I left several voicemails which he did not return he later told me he forgot all about it. He said he would call me back the following week to come over and he never did. I had to call him yet again. After finally setting up another appt., he failed to show up on time and never called to say he would be late. He was rude when I called to see if he was coming and hung up on me. He showed up over an hour and half later at dinner time and was obviously pissed at me. He looked at the problem and said "You called me back for this?" in a very sarcastic voice. He refused to acknowledge the problem and was unable to rectify it in the attic so he came down and put 2 screws right through the can itself to hold it in place at the ceiling line. Not professional at all. He still would not admit that he did not install it properly. He never replaced the insulation as I requested and upon later changing the bulb in the second recessed light, the unit popped right up into the attic as it was not fastened to the rafter. After having been a naive repeat customer over the years who paid him thousands of dollars for jobs, I was appalled that he would treat me this way. His pattern is to never do things right the first time, overcharging for his time and materials and needing to be called back. He then acts like he is doing you a favor to fix "his" mistakes and lack of attention to detail. Once he even charged me for his return time which I stupidly paid. Completely my fault for always giving him the benefit of the doubt and being too nice, but this was the last straw!!! If a contractor is going to argue with you to defend substandard work, he is not someone you want working on your home. Mr. DiGrazia deceptively presents as a nice polite guy initially to get your business but it then becomes obvious that he is quite arrogant, condescending and untrustworthy. He also brings his elderly grumpy father with him as his helper. When I finally told him I will NEVER hire him again, he couldn't have cared less! I know that this is not just my experience because a friend of mine used him for a major kitchen remodel and was also very disatisfied, stating that he doubled the price he quoted in the intial estimate, after the work was already in progress, gave her a hard time about meeting her specifications and blamed her for damaging her finished walls by cutting holes in the wrong places. Don't be stupid like I was and put up with this very unprofessional and immature behavior. Homeowners in the Merrimack Valley Beware!
