Charging $65 per hour for document retrieval with a mandatory minimum of three hours is nothing short of a scam. It's a blatant attempt to discourage homeowners from holding them accountable. On top of that, they tack on unnecessary printing and postage fees when electronic delivery would be a simple and free solution. The way this company operates is shady at best and potentially illegal at worst. They hide behind excessive fees to keep homeowners in the dark, and their lack of transparency is a huge red flag. If you're dealing with Retro Community Management, be prepared for frustration, stonewalling, and outrageous costs for even the most basic requests. Do yourself a favor--if your HOA is managed by this company, push for a change. Retro Community Management does not work for homeowners; they work against them.
