We moved to the area from out of state, and Ryan helped us every step of the way, from finding a short-term rental to finding our home and closing. What stood out most was how genuinely he cared about us. From day one, he treated us like longtime friends rather than clients. He also has an incredible network of people he trusts, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Simply put, Ryan is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and a genuinely good dude. We would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a realtor!

We're first…read moretime home buyers, and even though we did as much self-learning education we could, he taught us there was always more and more to learn during the home buying process. Even though we had a hard time deciding between single family homes (Detached) and town homes/Condos (Attached), Ryan was always patient with us. He was with us every step of the way with great insights on affordability, explaining how home offers work, even when we decided to switch our search locations! No matter the twists and turns we presented (I'm sorry Ryan!!), Ryan stood by our side the entire process. In fact, he was a mentor for us, who went to essentially EVERY single house we wanted to see, who gave valuable opinions and insights on every home and even the area where the home was located. He checked in with us and made sure we actually loved the house instead of pushing us towards a home to make a quick sale. Ryan is the kind of real estate agent you would want; patient, will educate you during the whole process, and will ensure you're taken care of during the whole process!

He gave me a rate that was well outside of my research range. When I said to him "Hey this doesn't seem right, can you check it again" He said "I did everything I could and that is the best rate I could get, I do this for a living." I literally called 3 major banks and got 3 quotes that were all 1% lower than his "lowest rate" I told him I was moving on with another bank. He said "Well maybe I can talk to my manager to get a lower rate...I didn't know rates were so low." Get a second opinion when working with these guys... Slimy as hell.

Now I know customers are very important to her. She will take good care of them. I will definitely do business with her in the future if needed. I will recommend Grace to others wholeheartedly. Original: 8/30/2017 At first Grace Davis was helpful but then she did not respond to my last email. I just want to find out the interest rate and closing costs. Is that too much to ask? She might just be too busy to answer two questions. Maybe I am not worthy of her time. I chose her because she is on the list of preferred loan officers. But now I think it is overstated. Not recommended.

Since we were first-time home buyers, she set up a pre-qualification meeting to get to know us better. During this time, she patiently explained and familiarized us with the different mortgage loans options available, how the loan approval process works, what forms and paperwork were necessary, and tips on how to improve our credit scores. She knew everything inside and out after working in the mortgage industry for nearly twenty years. Once the first "big day" arrived (placing an offer), Estela was available to us for any questions via the phone, email and text. She was always easily within reach. Since we were buying and requiring an FHA loan, we feared and dreaded the process with the idea that it would take forever with such little time before the closing date. Estela's employer, Platinum Home Mortgage Corp., was extremely fast in getting all of the necessary work done for our building to become FHA approved and have our loan processed. Estela is now a great friend and I highly recommend her to anyone who is need of a mortgage consultant.

Trent was the one helping us and he was OK, i found myself needing to reach out to them in order to find out things rather than being updated. Their website is also difficult to navigate. I was trying to setup online payments and people i spoke to in the office were not helpful. They also don't officially not accept bi-weekly payments, but don't cash the checks till the 1st so if you wanted to try and save on interest going that route, goodluck doing that will this company. Other than Trent, other people through the loan process were fine. I don't have another company to compare this to as this was my first complete experience through the process but I did have another broker our realtor recommended and we did get a chance to spend a little time with her. I must say I felt much better about that experience and it was unfortunate we could not process the transaction with her due limitations with the type of condo.

After a month of that company dragging their feet, we decided to list with Ron. He made the process super easy. As soon as my mother moved out, he arranged to remove anything we left behind. Once he listed the house we had over 15 showings in the first weekend with 5 offers over our asking price. We chose one of those offers and signed the contract within just a few days. Ultimately, we got about 40% more than we would have with the home buying company.
