It was very difficult at first to locate a place because my son is disabled and I needed a building with an elevator in a certain area. I contacted Caryn and Dave at Apartment Solutions in Naperville, Illinois. They stepped up immediately and fought so hard for me. I cannot say enough good things about this team! Dave really pushed incredibly hard to make sure everything went through. Thanks to their absolute dedication, they came through in less than two weeks with a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental complete with elevator and garage parking. If you need a team that will truly go to bat for you when the pressure is on or you are looking for a team to help you find housing with dedication to your specific needs, look no further than Apartment Solutions! For us it was a home & not a building. Marco helped us choose a decorating scheme that attracted contemporary buyers and suggested a way to stage the living room that we couldn't have dreamed of. After the prep, he had 2 offers after 7 showings. One of them was full price and "as is". Marco helped with negotiations after the village's pre-sale inspection came back with requirements that would be found in new construction and were not common when the home was built in 1950. The house was listed after Labor Day and closed at the end of October. I recommend Marco as a realtor and would not look anywhere else.

The process was murky and John and team did not meet our needs; it did not allow us to have the euphoric post-sale, pre-mortgage feeling. Admittedly our seller was awful and deceitful in the process. That said, if you can predict your home sale to go smoothly--have little issues along the way-maybe John and his staff would be valuable. If the process gets complicated, or you expect your lawyer to protect you in bad situations, I'd go with other representation.
