I never had to worry about arranging a rental car, or feeling as if I was being taken advantage of. Mr. Billy was very friendly and helpful and an all around nice guy. The work done to my car was excellent and fast. My drivers side door was completely smashed in the wreck. Now you can't even tell it was in an accident. I was back in my own car within 10 days! All the locks and windows work with the control panel and I haven't had a single problem so far. To top it all off, Mr. Billy had my car washed and vacuumed when I picked it up! It's not often you get such great service from a local business. I'd recommend Coastal Collision to all my friends.

Joe was the alignment 'tech', as he did a superb job, making sure the steering wheel was lined up correctly with wheels, taking his time to make sure it was done correctly.
