I do recommend this business as they have gone above and beyond to take care of the problem. Just be sure that if your Insurance Company schedules an appointment, that you call first to verify. If you are scheduling with Gerber directly, it shouldn't be any problem at all.

Rachel, the office manager, was very professional and efficient. She got all the parts ordered, scheduled the repair date and dealt with my insurance company.
