I hired TL Home Finishing to help with an interior paint job on a condo that was recently purchased…read moreand the previous owners had done an obvious "DIY" sloppy paint job. Tom was very responsive upon first contact and was able to come out to estimate the job within 1-2 days. I was very appreciative that he helped point out some areas in the living room and kitchen the were in serious need of patchwork and repairs from the previous DIY job. Within about another day I had a project estimate that I found to be very fair considering the amount of work that was required. Tom personally helped me pick the color and provided suggestions when I was unsure of paint finishes and a few minor details. Scheduling the workers was easy and Jason and Josh did a fantastic job. The wall patching was well done and the retexturing just made everything look right. They covered a living room with vaulted ceiling, kitchen with a skylight, dining room, and hallway in just a couple of days. Throughout the project Tom was communicating frequently, providing status updates. The painters cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good shape. I emailed two potential handymen about a simple set of jobs -- we needed the TV mounted, curtain rods hung, shelves put up, a tapestry hung. We had to emergency move and didn't have time to do those tasks ourselves -- it all would have been put off. Jeff responded right away through Yelp and then when I reached out he answered the phone and told me it would be no problem, just tell him when and where to show up. He was on time and basically told us to point at what we wanted and where -- it was amazing. In an hour, Jeff hung up two floating shelves, a tapestry, three long curtain rods and mounted our TV -- it took us 2 hours just to do the TV, so we were over the moon! He is fast, doesn't waste time and he does great work. Multiple times in the past couple of weeks, anytime we even a nail in the wall or tried to fix anything, we were like "we should have called JEFF!"
