A custom automatic awning for my back deck from Paul Construction and Awning. Since that time, I've had Paul Construction & Awning out three times to repair it. The last two times I had to pay $159 visit fee. I just paid another $159 visit fee for this year because it is broken again and does not come out. I have now spent an additional $477 after having paid $5000 cash to have this installed four years ago come June 2025 Every time you call you get the runaround about when someone can come out, they don't show up, then you have to keep calling. I am so highly disappointed that I spent $5000 on something that I have not fully been able to enjoy since purchase. I don't know if it's the installation problem or the quality of the products - either way I spent $5000 and now because it's technically out of warranty after the first year, I always have to pay $159 visit fee and then wait weeks. Pauls, you gotta do better it looks like they do beautiful work, but standby it? I was referred to this company by a vendor I have done a lot of business with. We are relocating…read moreand need an awning for our grand opening. I met with Leo Navarro and he measured up and gave me a quote assuring me the timeline would work. We negotiated a bit and agreed to move forward. Leo promised me artwork for review which I never received. I have been calling and emailing and nobody has returned my calls or emails for weeks. It is 12 days until out grand opening and we will be without an awning, not so grand! I now have to try and find another company to come in and pay a huge premium to get this done when I need it. I would encourage you to stay away from this company as they do not care about you or your needs.
