After admitting it was barely used, she then said the return was denied because it wasn't brought back within 1-2 days of purchase. I had to argue just to get a small discount on a new one. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews--probably fake or given in exchange for a discount. The shop is unbelievably stingy, and I've even seen other reviews complaining about them selling fake products. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
