I did not get a chance to visit every store while on a time limit but I am happy with what I spent within my budget for the quality of items I purchased. I enjoyed shopping at the Adidas store. They had a 60% off clearance sale and I was able to purchase 2 outfits for my daughter priced at $7.99 & 10.99 per piece. The selection was excellent and I saw some adorable IVY Park sneakers and boots by Beyoncé. Customer service was excellent. I also visited the Lane Bryant store to purchase undergarments. The customer service was impeccable and the store was well stocked compared to Raleigh. I was very happy with the sale items I purchased and will definitely return to visit the remainder of the stores. This outlet mall could use a modern renovation so that is the only negative.

I almost put my items back. I counted at least 6 employees folding clothes, standing, or casually talking to other coworkers. They could have pulled 3 employees to the registers to get the lines down and return to whatever they were doing. Ty was awesome. Pleasant personality. Then I found some sweatshirts that were on sale that felt super comfortable and decided to purchase one. OMG I wore this thing so much until the sauna heat appeared in FL! I never heard of the label but it is Southern Fried Cotton. My second visit was just to purchase more of those sweatshirts! Lucky me, they were on sale this time! I purchased 3! I was so happy that when I was visiting my parents, I told my mom, and then she was interested. Unfortunately when I went back, they did not have any in her size or the same style as the original I purchased, that she liked. The store is large but very packed with clothing, accessories, and shoes. I definitely would not call or compare this to an outlet because the prices are higher here than at the outlets. I did not feel at all like she wanted to welcome us. She did not enjoy anything about her job. I ordered two chocolate shakes and an orange aid. The lady asked me if I wanted pineapple or cherries or anything and when I looked at her and said no, I'd like the shakes plain please she snapped at me. I'm talking about the orange aid. I told her I'm not from here. I did not know that you guys added anything to it and I'm sorry. I just want a plain one. We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store. I know that it seems like it'd be a desirable place for young people to work because you get a discount and it's a pretty cool place to work at I think that this girl might need some more training or maybe another girl who really wants to work at that store should take her place.

Before, I noted that the majority of items were made in China and the store lacked locally made products or handcrafted pottery. I appreciate locally made products and the craftsmanship. So it is disappointing that these products are not available. It does have a large craft section for those looking for something similar to a Michaels store. Outdoor furniture seemed to be another big seller. It is a busy store so some seem to like it. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other stores. Most of these outlet stores tend to price high. There were 2 ladies that were sorting merchandise near the check out area so I walked back & forth and asked if there was a register open. At that point 'Georgia' said not very nicely "go to register 1". I smiled & said thank you as she was clearly agitated. As I was checking out there was a prompt on the kiosk about the Loyality program. I was curious but she clearly wanted me to hurry up, making a sigh when I hesitated to finish the transaction because I wanted to know about the program. I didn't ask as she made me uncomfortable enough by being so agitated just walking over to ring up 1 item. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. It's unfortunate that she doesn't want to help customers when that is what she should be there to do.

So, I couldn't wait to go inside. I was greeted immediately. I always feel like I'm at a car dealership when I walk in because of how we are swarmed upon entering. Everyone wants to help. Everyone wants to get that commission. I get it. The store had a lot of customers, but it wasn't hard to maneuver around the store. I found a lot of cute items but settled on a small purse. I spent about $100 for it which I later regretted. After we got back home, I ended up ordering a bookbag online from Coach. It took 3 weeks to receive it and I ended up sending it back because it had a weird odor to it. So, I will be back to this or a different Coach outlet store soon. I love Coach!

Purchased a pair of Boots for my 10 year old on the 11/10/19 these boots started coming apart on…read morethe 16th. Called the store on the 20th and was told to bring them back for a refund or exchange. Took off work drove 50 miles to the store and was refused by Manager Julee. Spoke with several Timberland people including Timberland.com and customer service all who said the store should have corrected the matter and that it was strange that Julee would not return or exchange these defective boots. I have received several apologies but no refund or exchange. I have since gone to north Face and purchased my son good quality boots, and placed the Trashy Timberland boots back in the original box.Timberland is unloading their defective product on the consumer refusing to correct the matter when caught and stealing your money. Why would I want to do business or buy another pair of defective boots from a company that treats it's consumer in this way . I plan on filing a civil action against the store to recoup my money and for damages. I am also considering a class action against Timberland for these fraudulent and unfair business practices Buyers Beware of this Store.

When I went, there was a line, but after I meandered around the shopping center, it had dissipated. What awaited me was a small store with a limited selection. Fitting rooms are apparently not a thing during corona, so shopping doesn't take long. They've made their return policy more generous to compensate, but if you can't try stuff on it makes me wonder what the point of a brick and mortar shop is, a question being asked worldwide right now. The discounts were decent; I found a couple of things that hopefully will fit my needs, but it wasn't a good enough use of my time that I needed to be here rather than shopping online.
