Though their lower ply assistants; M.A.s, front desk, scheduling etc are most excellent, the APN I got saddled with, Mr Alex Beau or, Mr "White Powder" who feels it never necessary to even bother showing up for any of his appointments that he schedules...consistently. Now, after two back surgeries, I cannot meet with this character, who keeps canceling my appointments; no 24 hrs notice, no consideration that I had three other appointments that day, while he goes "skiiing" on the mountains. Meanwhile, my back is in agony. I have called his office twice today to see about another appointment...with no call back. This is SO typical. So, unless you do not mind literally PAYING for an APN; while, meanwhile, the ONLY people even bothering to show up past 1 pm are the MAs, tech, and schedulers...in short, EVERYONE but a professional. No call are returned. They CANCEL you for NO cause...not, even bothering to reset you with a new appointment; or, how much pain you are in. I am not trying to reach Dr Patterson night call to see what I should do, since I am getting NO feedback from those who ONLY charge you...but, simply CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO ACTUALLY SHOW UP FOR WORK In Short, except for Dr Patterson, the Reno Offices APNs that I have had the disservice to have to deal with...the Worst...ever....

I myself a little cocktail of ADHD, GAD, CPTSD, MDD, and ~OCD. I won't lie to you, exposure therapy is the hardest thing I've ever done. However, the differences between when I started and when I graduated? Freaking astounding. I was not even leaving my house anymore. The pressure of conforming to society and worrying and force masking myself to please whoever I was around wore me paper thin. OCD was making my life smaller and smaller every year. But now, after showing up and continuing to try things that specifically made my skin crawl and learned how to sit with it, I am back to living a relatively normal life. I leave my home whenever I have to (sometimes I even WANT TO ) and I'm back to handling whatever life throws at me without compulsing and avoiding for hours every day. Even rehearsing, masking, and people pleasing are at an all time low for me. I'm so much more comfortable being authentic. I have an issue with both Dr. Yco, and his billing department…read more I saw Dr. Yco 4 years ago. I was very sick at the time and had lost a rapid amount of weight. Each time I saw him I'd lost more. He kept stressing that I needed to gain weight, or at least maintain the weight I had. So I spent a month trying very hard to gain. Eating even when I wasn't hungry, doing all I could to add calories. At my next visit I'd gained nearly 10 pounds and couldn't wait for him to see what I'd worked so hard for. He walks into the exam room and what's the first thing he says? "I see you've gained weight since I last saw you. We need to start watching our fat and sugar intake." Seriously? I know doctors can't remember each patient they see but he couldn't take one minute, before entering the room, to read his last note and familiarize himself with my problem? Very unprofessional. I had to remind him that he made me gain weight. Yeah. What a joke. That was the last time I saw him. I need a competent doctor and he just proved to me that he wasn't it. Fast forward 4 years, to 2018. I get a letter from a collection agency. He claims I owe him over $300 because insurance neglected to pay their part. I never got a bill from him. Not once. And now I'm in collections? Excuse me? His dates of service are wrong, as is the insurance he billed. Yet I cannot contact him about this as he's closed his practice. How can a collection agency collect for someone no longer in business? It appears I'll need to contact an attorney to get this straightened out. There is apparently some sort of scam going on here and I need to protect myself. Read other reviews. He's done this same thing to other patients. If this joker is still in practice somewhere, I'd advise against seeing him. Or you too might find yourself a part of this scam of his. I wouldn't send my dog to Complete Family Care. Or Dr. Newton Yco. Update: As of today (11/7/18) I have been contacted by 3 other people that this guy has done this to. The collection agency told me I no longer owe on the account as they "gave it back." My guess is he's been caught with this scam. If you have the same issue, feel free to PM me. I'm keeping the contacts together just in case we have to contact an attorney. There is strength in numbers.

I visited FEM Women's Wellness last year seeking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for premature…read moremenopause. Finding the clinic can be challenging and stressful... the GPS directions are unclear, the building doesn't stand out, and there's no large, easy‑to‑read sign. I'd recommend giving yourself extra time for your first visit; I've gotten lost twice and arrived late because of it. FEM Wellness is aware that some people experience difficulties finding their building, but they don't tell you that when booking your first appointment. Inside, the clinic is clean, spa-like and modern, and the staff was polite. They offer robes for that spa feel. Dr. Ernst was friendly and approachable during our interactions. However, I was disappointed overall, as I expected more in-depth holistic approach to women's health rather than something that felt like a med-spa focused primarily on surface-level hormones and aesthetics. Adjusting my hormone levels took an unusually long time, especially given my sensitive body type and ongoing health issues, including thyroid problems, ulcerative colitis, and autoimmune disease. The HRT has required multiple tweaks to get it right, and I'm still adjusting, which has been frustrating. More recently, I had a follow-up appointment scheduled with Dr. Ernst, but I experienced a severe ulcerative colitis flare-up and had to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. (I had canceled within 43 hours.) I explained my situation to the receptionist... that I was quite ill and might not be able to reschedule for weeks or even months due to the unpredictable nature of my condition. While I appreciate that they didn't charge me for the cancellation and I understand the need for policies, this experience highlighted a lack of flexibility or compassion for patients with complex chronic illnesses, especially regarding women's health issues. Flares can strike without warning, making it challenging to commit to rigid scheduling. I was also told that if this happens again, I may be charged, with no "hope you feel better" or other words of empathy... the lack of warmth really concerned me. For those primarily interested in Botox, laser treatments, or straightforward hormone replacement in a spa-like setting, this might be a good fit. But if you're seeking a more in-depth evaluation of your overall health, comprehensive care, advanced hormone bloodwork, and thyroid/endocrine system care, I'd recommend checking out DECON across the parking lot with Dr. Kuhadiya instead. Overall, a mixed experience that left me hesitant to return.

Inquire within and for their pricing. She's no ordinary gynecologist and this is no ordinary office. I patiently waited for this practice to open so I could switch over. She's a God send in my life and over saw my last pregnancy. Unfortunately this office doesn't offer OB care, but I'm done having any more kids. They will refer you if you do need OB care. My most recent visit was today. There was an unavoidable hiccup with scheduling. Some customer service would have been nice from the office. I'm a loyal customer/patient and was told that I had to be rescheduled without a blink; although it was a lose lose situation. Of course I was frustrated, but thankfully Dr. Rajamand was able to get me in and out. My only recommendation would be to avoid incidents like today is get on top of the program that sends emails. My appointment was made last year and had it not come through my old email, I would have missed it. Thank you always Dr. Rajamand; I am grateful for your diligent care. See you back in a few months!

To Dr. Marshal Tulbert-…read more You walked into my mother's hospital room after she was emergency transported back and opened with, 'I hear you've been having respiratory issues.' That level of detachment from her actual condition is unacceptable. After a five-day stay at Rosewood--where she was left in feces and urine on a fresh surgical wound--she developed pneumonia and the flu. She had already been back in the hospital for six days before you finally showed up, and in that time her wound washouts were postponed three times despite continuous drainage. This goes far beyond poor judgment--it points to a serious breakdown in care. As a human being, how do you have the audacity to stand over your patient and play that kind of game? The complete lack of follow-up is inexcusable. Not a single phone call, not one post-op check on my mother, nothing. That level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. If you think you're untouchable, you're not. Somehow, you still had time to take on new patients. That says everything about where your priorities lie. Cory- your role in this was nothing more than enabling the situation. There's no accountability, no ownership, and no excuse. Andrea- your actions were completely self serving. If you're in this profession for anything other than patient care, it shows. You did absolutely nothing to help my mother. This entire experience was a failure across the board. Negligence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. Completely unacceptable. I'm beginning to seriously question whether this is being handled by people acting in good faith, or at minimum, with basic professional conscience. These issues raise significant concerns about ethics, accountability, and basic responsibility. I have no intention of letting this be brushed aside or repeated with anyone else. I will be pursuing every available lawful avenue to address this, including self-representation if necessary under Nevada law. This is not something I'm letting go. Lil forewarning

I then realized I needed to post this why because it still bothers me. To start with I have a Lisps when I talk. I have a problem when I speak due to this. I've had steroid injection in my toes and ankles before, he asked me what type of steroid shots . I replied with Corticosteroids . As he turned around, he started to snicker / turned around and looked at me again and asked me what type of steroid. I replied with the same answer. Corticosteroids, again he turns around I could see him snickering again So for the 3 time I replied,,,, it's in my chart I asked him what are my options. He replied more steroid or surgery. He never explained to me what type of surgery or what type of steroid shot I would be getting. so I stood up and said I guess I have a lot to think about. Weeks later, I got a couple calls from the office wanting to schedule the Shots In my back I then replied I'm going to do Physical first . And see how that goes. Reason for posting this, it still bothers me How he spoke to me and snickered at me Most people understand it's called a speech impairment .
