This is a huge security risk considering what's been going on with identity theft. This got me thinking how well they are handling their patient records. I was upset about this but able to let it go until they notified me a day before my appointment and said they had to reschedule. Ok, so I put up with it and guess what? They did it over and over again for a year. This is very unprofessional so I left them and went with a different office. They are petty enough to refuse to provide my X-rays to my new office and played games to delay the process . What a joke. I felt I made the right decision to switch.

I have been here for three cleanings and one tooth repair. Great overall but I have one complaint…read more The hygienists verbalize the fluoride treatment as a statement more than a question when they are actually likely trying to get consent for providing the service. My past two dental insurances only cover this service for children 16 and under and is not covered for adults. The hygienist said it was covered and I ended up having to pay OOP. Two hygienists have verbalized it in this way. It's likely a 2 minute procedure that lets them make $40-50 hence why they do this. It's not a good business practice to not clearly and fully inform the patient. Parking is good, dentist is good. Equipment seems very updated and has the TV screen that you can watch from the chair. They seem to be taking COVID very seriously with precautions. Automated text appointment reminders are a plus. Their website for filling out forms and consistency/clarity of instructions is lacking. Also their tablets for filling out the information is not the most responsive.

Not to mention how often I had to take off of work for dental appointments. Long story short: my teeth and gums suck. After I had to get two of my front teeth removed (despite having multiple gum graphing, bone graphing, root canals, mitigating root resorption, to avoid having them pulled) Dr. Neshat was able to give my mouth, teeth, and gums new life. I finally feel confident when I smile.

Dr. Nikta provides excellent dental care, and we are very satisfied with the treatment…read more However, our experience with the front desk and billing process was very disappointing. Although we had active insurance, we were still sent a bill. When we contacted the office for clarification, the front desk staff were not helpful and came across as rude and dismissive in their responses. Each time we asked why our insurance had not been applied, we were repeatedly told that updated insurance information should have been provided at check-in, even though we had already submitted it. When we tried to understand the situation, our concerns were not properly addressed and the communication felt unprofessional. We then contacted our insurance company directly, and they confirmed that no claim had initially been submitted by the office. The insurance company later handled the matter, and the claim was processed, resulting in a zero balance. We hope the office improves its billing procedures and front desk communication, as this experience did not reflect the quality of care provided by the dentist.

Have to be honest and say that I have been on yelp for probably over a decade now and haven't posted many reviews, but the fact that I don't love going to the dentist coupled with the fact that they were all so welcoming and kind made me force myself to sit down and write this. I've noticed over the years that some dentists and hygienists really go to town on your gums and mouth because they are in a hurry to get to the next patient, but that is not the case here. They were considerate, as gentle as possible, and consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend this office and can't say enough good things about them. If you have any specific questions, please respond to this post and I'll do my best to answer them.

Paper work is completely done in advance on-line, so that's all out of the way, they have all the information they need to get started. I was lucky enough to get Elizabeth as my hygienist, and I could not had been more pleased. She kept me informed with everything that was going to happen, had a great sense of humor, and incredible medical skills. The equipment is all new technology, and I can honestly say pain-free! I do need additional work since it's been awhile, but I'm excited to go back and continue this journey to healthier, whiter teeth. Helen, their Insurance Guru, will walk you through the options, explain what is paid for by insurance, what is not, really on top of her game.
