The manager Sharon however is wonderful, I will at least say that. Always willing to make the exceptions as it relates. In my most recent experiences at this store, I have been told I was not eligible for promotional items and was not given the Secret Rewards as advised per VS website & emails from VS that were current which I qualified for. The statement from the sales girl whom was not very classy...was the promotion had ended. I left the store and continued my holiday shopping & decided to re read my emails etc. I then returned to the store and confronted the sales girl as it relates. She then said, " Oh, I am sorry we actually ran out of them.".....so basically she lied to me. In addition, I am a excessive VS shopper, one of my favorite stores. However, this location is a let down. In my 3 most recent visits, I always leave perturbed. I give my current promotional coupons, always meeting the $75.00 requirements for the free gift and which in turn they never seem to have any left. It had been 10 years since we'd bought a mattress and there have been many advances in the types of mattresses available so I had a lot to learn.
