Everyone was cool, helpful and friendly. Somehow you feel more pressured in a big store when browsing compared to a much smaller place. At the same time, maybe since the staff aren't split up into departments, they all seem capable and knowledgable from product to checkout. I buy online mostly but I'm always happy to shop in person, though I'm sure Radio Shack doesn't seem cutting edge these days, they've still got the most obscure replacements for your stuff to some decent sales. For a huge selection, go to Amazon, but to fix something or feel comfortable making an easy return, I hope Radio Shack sticks around.

July 27 - Screen went blank. Took back in and was repaired for free bc I had my receipt. Aug 30 - Screen is peeling off phone so took it back and this time they said they can fix it but for $100 bc it doesn't fall under the limited warranty. He said Cellairis does not apply glue when reattaching the screens after they fix it. So this problem is going to happen to every phone they fix. Called the Cellairis customer service line during their business hours (10:20a ET) and got a message machine. Be very wary of this place. As far as we knew, we were being helped and then Angel left us to help someone else without communicating to us. Tu-Sean became VERY defensive, supercilious, and condescending. All I wanted to know was what was going on. I tried to explain no one communicated and he raised his voice to speak over me and tell me it takes time and I needed to be patient. I tried to explain our perspective but he became louder and more condescending so I picked up the cell phone and told my dad we were leaving. Tu-Sean followed me out of the store yelling at me and telling me there wasn't any place else that could do what they were going to do. I told him to stop talking and stop following me.
