They picked up at 5:20 and let me know their ETA... of 7:30pm??? I had to drive home 3.5 hours and advance notice ahead of the agreed on time would have been good, but I heard back nothing. Sure it's clean, well-maintained, and most importantly well-lit, but it's the customer service that can make all the difference. And Vicky at SDE really goes the extra mile. We had very particular needs and she went out of her way to find us a storage room that fit all our requirements. Don't be afraid to ask questions either. She takes the time to explain her answers, and she doesn't talk down to you. Months later I'm still glad we chose Storage Depot East.
