Service - excellent Location- excellent…read moreInventory - excellent Membership - terrible I work in foodservice as a cook. The places I work at buy from the restaurant store and are members. When you go there you can't put it on an account you have to pay. Now, you need to have a yearly membership card Instead of telling them where you work to receive the discount. The more that is bought the better the reward program, so most companies want you spending money because it helps them, the employee gets a perk, doesn't harm anyone ( you're paying). Today bill was $75. If I was a member it would have been $50. That's a big difference. When you go there the pricing advertised in 150 font is the member price and the 16 font price is nonmember. I looked over what I was purchasing and put back a majority of it because I know that Amazon has it. This is a losing situation for the company I work for, and for themselves. I want to support local business, please don't have policy that prevent that. I always loved coming there, but can't afford nonmember pricing or yearly member dues, when I can get from Amazon.

This review is for the pharmacy only. I had a 3:30 appointment for the PCR testing. I arrived at…read more3:20 pm at the drive-through. However, there were written signs on both windows at the drive through, indicating that it was closed. So I went inside per instruction and waited in line at the pharmacy counter. There were 5 people in front of me. There was only 1 pharmacist and 1 nurse (?) who was administering shots. The pharmacy was obviously very behind in filling prescriptions. I overheard the conversation when the man in front of me was getting his turn. He submitted his prescription in the morning but was just now told it's not ready (almost 4pm). That he had to either wait for an hour or come back later. He said he'd wait. The pharmacist wasn't amused. He repeated in a rather rude tone that the medicine wouldn't be ready for anther hour and effectively asked the man to leave. I'd be very mad if I were that man. Anyway, it was finally my turn after waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. I told him I have an appointment for the PCR test. He denied me immediately, saying I shouldn't be inside for the COVID tests. I don't disagree but I had no choice, I was wearing double masks btw. He told me to go to the drive through. I reminded him that the drive through was closed. He said to go there and ring the bell. I wasn't thrilled to be given the run around but I duly went back out to the drive-through. I rang the bell, he answered and told me to wait because he had a lot of people in line. Of course, I was just in there and I knew there was a constant line. 10 minutes past. I rang the bell again. He reminded me that he's very busy. I told him that I had to pick up my son from school. He asked me to be patient. Finally another 5 minutes later, the "nurse" serviced my appointment. However, it was another good 10 minutes of waiting for the paper work! I don't understand -- if I had made the appointment online, included all my information and insurance details, why would it take 10 minutes to get ready to hand me the PCR test kit?! It took me less than 1 minutes to collect the sample once I was given the swab and the vial. By the time was I done, it was 4:10pm. I wasted a whopping 50 minutes of my life in frustration, and I was late to pick up my son. I know it was because this pharmacy wasn't staffed properly, but that's exactly the reason you should absolutely avoid this location. I would suggest CVS inside Target, or the CVS by the high school. I've always had good experience there.

I've transferred all my scripts to this pharmacy. Not only arrived they so polite and professional on the phone, they arr also personable. Your store is STELLAR in my book!
