Our deal for a new home was dropped two weeks before closing due to getting laid off from my job. I searched every place for a mover with two weeks to go. Everyone was booked and very expensive. I was contacted by Kenny the day before I thought that I was gonna have to move a whole house by myself. But Kenny and his crew came to my rescue the day before . I was so relieved and could relax. The crew was professional and fast. Never have I seen a truck so beautifully loaded. It was like a work of art. I actually enjoyed my time with those guys. I will most definitely be using them again. Nobody can beat his prices or professionalism. Job well done!

They gaslit me a bit in hindsight. On the supposed 3rd time they finally knocked on my door and showed me photos of my downspouts. The third house was my old townhouse. I took them at their word that they cleaned the gutters there, but they lied to me. Neighbor had her gutters done, and her contractor shared a pic of my gutters with me. Completely full, no way they were cleaned in the previous year. So they basically ripped me off on the third house. Had to have another company come out, because I didn't feel like getting the run around again.

This is the second time I have used C&Z for remodeling and renovations. I cannot speak for…read morerestorations due to fire or water damage...but I CAN speak for renovation work. We had a second floor and garage addition over 18 years ago from C & Z. Flooring installed in the second floor is still good after all these years and did not need to be replaced. This time around, I contracted for another addition to the side of the house and a kitchen remodel with other work being done to every single room in the house except for one. This was a huge undertaking. Hats off to the crew who did the first remodel as there were 12 people living in the house during that renovation; this time there were only 7 people living through most of the renovation (and a dog) increasing to 9 towards the end of the work. While the crew members changed over the years, Aaron Holbrook was present for both remodels. Trying to remodel and renovate around so many people was challenging and so we are grateful to Jonathan King, Patrick Smith, Ron, Anthony and especially Jason who almost single handedly painted the entire house. The crew had to work around all these people while installing cabinets, flooring, painting, ceiling tiles, framing, etc....The crew was flexible, considerate and courteous. I feel the overall cost of the project was fair for the amount of work that was done both inside and outside of the house. We will be contacting them again for future work.
