I come here fairly often to buy fabric for pet bandanas at my work, and even though it's a little farther of a drive than the Lakewood location the drive is worth it! Whereas elsewhere I have found the employees unhelpful and slow at best, everyone who has helped me here is exceeding quick, efficient, and friendly. And I wish I got her name, but there is a younger woman who usually works at the register that is always contagiously effervescent and friendly in a way where you can't help but leave with a smile. They need to give some of the other stores lessons! read more

I went in to purchase some fabric that was on sale. When I arrived home I realized that I was overcharged for all the fabric. I called back and spoke with the manager who told me she couldn't help me over the phone but did verify that I was overcharged. She said I would have to come back to the store which is about 30 miles from my home for her to get the Amount credited back to my card. There were several young girls in the store and I even questioned the girl at the register about some stuff of which she said she knew nothing about and I'd have to go back and ask the other staff. Get ready to get slapped in the face with the smell of cinnamon-scented pine cones when you walk in the door! (That's a good thing!). Was rummaging through what was left of their Halloween fabric stock to make some repairs to my Halloween yard decor. They didn't have much left in the way of Halloween fabric per se, but they sure had an ample supply of everything else. This store is huge and they have all kinds of cool stuff. As I walked down the isles of fabric, my mind yearned with a longing desire to not be so sewing-machine challenged. Oh well, found what I needed and the sales staff were both friendly and helpful and the girl at the check out register even whipped out a coupon to apply to my purchase and off I went happy and all was well with the world. read more

I totally get that Joann's would be busy when they opened up for curb side pick up on Friday. However, the curbside hype was a total disappointment. I spent 2 hours trying to find items I needed that were in-store and available for pick up. There was a disclaimer stating that internet orders may be delayed but nothing told me that my in-store order would take 3-4 days. What?! It's on the shelf, already paid for, ready to be handed to me at curbside. How can that take 3-4 days to gather up. I was informed they were swamped with orders. I get that. But why even have curb side pick up if you aren't prepared to handle the orders. I could've ordered online and had the same time frame. Aggravating to say the least. Lucky for them there aren't many options out there right now. I sure wouldn't waste my time again read more

Went to get a special color of pink .They did not have it .But did find the other things. That were on my list. Could not find any ..

My girlfriend and I Walked all over the store to find help. We ended up going to the register and only 3 people were working. We then asked a lady to get a cricut air 2, and the lady went to the back to get it. When she made it back to the front she informed us it was the last one and a lady in line behind us was getting it. And this is after asking another lady at the fabric where to get the item and she had no clue. So we decided to leave and then the lady at the register got a attitude when we left the rest of the products we were going to buy on the counter. I would not recommend going to this store they need to make some staff and management changes. read more
