After a not-so-good tuning from another piano tuner earlier this year (who broke a string and blamed the piano's age on the string's condition and also as being the problem of why it did not hold the tuning 3 months later), I reached out for a second opinion and re-tuning from Well-Loved Piano. Best decision I made this year! Not only did Kenny assess the condition, he replaced the broken string and tuned the piano to perfection, but also fixed the root cause of a long time sticky key that was able to be replicated on my test-play before he left. The only reason we were visiting this location is because our children were having a recital in their downstairs showroom. From what I read, they are the largest piano store to offer Yamaha Fazioli Bechstein and Bosendorfer pianos. In addition, one would find many used restored Steinway pianos. They seem to sponsor many events which include children recitals, classical piano, concerts jazz concerts, and many other events. Personally I see this has a wonderful marketing concept that surely provides visibility to this popular piano store chain.
