I contacted Javier when my neighbor and I were looking through potential contractors to replace our shared fence - which was the original fence from when the house was built. Since then, I've had 2 of my 3 backyard fence sections replaced and had metal side gates installed and it's been a great experience through the whole process from the estimate to the end of the project. I appreciate Javier's honesty and the respect he shows to his customers because he is attentive and really listens to our needs for the project and ensures those things are done. He is also very accommodating and was kind enough to save some of the more structurally sound old fence boards for my neighbor, who crafts with old wood. Javier and his team leave the area neat and, at times, cleaner than when they arrive. I would definitely hire JOA Fence again for my next fence project! Additional notes: This is a review that's long overdue. The fences I replaced in 2021 and 2022 were original fencing, and they've been holding up through all the crazy storms that have hit. I found Javier/JOA fencing while he and his team were working on a fence in my neighborhood. At first I didn't think any different but as the fence began coming together, I noticed the quality workmanship and approached Javier for a business card. Fast forward a few weeks and the wind storm of the century (that knocked down half of Lodi and surrounding areas fences) came along and that business card came in handy. Javier quickly came to the rescue and took his time to answer all questions and concerns we had. I asked him to quote 3 different options (all of which were competitively priced), but we decided to go with metal post, metal frame gate, and redwood pickets for longevity. Javier arrived promptly the morning of install and completed the fence exactly as projected. Throughout the installation process, he kept us well informed of any issues and they cleaned up as best as possible at the end of each day. Having a pool was a concern for us while the old fence was down, but Javier remedied that problem and eased our concerns using a temporary fence/barrier. Once the fence started to come together I saw the same quality workmanship that prompted me to ask for his card in the first place. Through his work, you can tell Javier is a perfectionist and takes pride in what he does. Our fence is perfectly straight (linear and across the top). Without us asking, he even replanted our plants that came up during the excavation. I could not recommend a better person or company for your fencing needs. My parents got quite a few estimates from other companies in Tracy who are considered the "best of the best," however, companies such as Sunset Fencing, or Richter Fencing were a joke!
