Javier and his team are wonderful, hardworking, and they always do amazing work! I contacted Javier when my neighbor and I were looking through potential contractors to replace our shared fence - which was the original fence from when the house was built. Since then, I've had 2 of my 3 backyard fence sections replaced and had metal side gates installed and it's been a great experience through the whole process from the estimate to the end of the project. I appreciate Javier's honesty and the respect he shows to his customers because he is attentive and really listens to our needs for the project and ensures those things are done. He is also very accommodating and was kind enough to save some of the more structurally sound old fence boards for my neighbor, who crafts with old wood. Javier and his team leave the area neat and, at times, cleaner than when they arrive. I would definitely hire JOA Fence again for my next fence project! Additional notes: This is a review that's long overdue. The fences I replaced in 2021 and 2022 were original fencing, and they've been holding up through all the crazy storms that have hit. I I love the metal side gates and opted to have gates installed on both ends of my yard. Javier has a portfolio of different gate designs, and I selected the metal with wood inlay with an arch and scroll design. I requested spear tips to be added to the top so it would match the design of the existing front gate. read more

EXCELLENT WORK! High quality and the most reasonable and fair quote I received. After the winter storms, our fences came loose. I received multiple quotes that were outrageous and ridiculously overpriced. Javier gave us a reasonable and fair quote so we went with him and so glad that we did. The crew was extremely professional, kind and wonderful. They finished the project within a few short days. Look no further and give Javier a call, you will not regret it. read more

The team that worked on my project was fantastic. They were punctual, polite, and very skilled. They took great care to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction and they even cleaned up after themselves! The finished fencing is absolutely beautiful. The fence is sturdy and well-built and it looks amazing AND ITS SUPER DUPER straight! Whenever I come accross something crooked (e.g. a banana, etc.), I compare it to the fence as a reference to see how bent it is. That's how straight the fence is! You can come by if you need to reference a straight edge! read more

I'm extremely happy with the repairs and new installation that Javier and his team completed in just a few days. I put these repairs off for years and now wish I'd done this years ago. They extended my backyard, put in new iron fencing in places where drivers destroyed it, repaired a gate that wouldn't close, replaced a side gate with a beautiful design, and added tracking so my driveway gate would roll and close properly. I had a problem with stray animals coming into my yard due to all of the areas that wouldn't close and now have a secure yard that looks great. I highly recommend JOA, and have already forwarded their info to a neighbor. I explained the problems I wanted to fix and Javier delivered, and communicated suggestions and concerns. So so so thankful. read more

Business owner came out snd was prompt, polite, professional! Absolutely recommend this business.

We had purchased a custom double door entry gate on Etsy but had a hard time finding a company that was willing to install and build a fence to the way we wanted. Some companies either wanted too much or simply refused to do the job. We finally found Javier from JOA Fence. Javier and his team did an excellent job. They not only installed the gates to perfection but also made an iron fence that matched our neighbor's. Thank you, Javier. You guys are awesome! read more

Mr. Ochoa came out on a Wednesday to give me a estimate. He was on time and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to repair my fence. The estimate given was very reasonable and he and his workers returned the next day to do the work. They were very professional and had the repair work done very quickly as the weather during that time was raining off and on. Overall they did exceptional work and I would definitely recommend them to others. read more

I found Javier/JOA fencing while he and his team were working on a fence in my neighborhood. At first I didn't think any different but as the fence began coming together, I noticed the quality workmanship and approached Javier for a business card. Fast forward a few weeks and the wind storm of the century (that knocked down half of Lodi and surrounding areas fences) came along and that business card came in handy. Javier quickly came to the rescue and took his time to answer all questions and concerns we had. I asked him to quote 3 different options (all of which were competitively priced), but we decided to go with metal post, metal frame gate, and redwood pickets for longevity. Javier arrived promptly the morning of install and completed the fence exactly as projected. Throughout the installation process, he kept us well informed of any issues and they cleaned up as best as possible at the end of each day. Having a pool was a concern for us while the old fence was down, but Javier remedied that problem and eased our concerns using a temporary fence/barrier. Once the fence started to come together I saw the same quality workmanship that prompted me to ask for his card in the first place. Through his work, you can tell Javier is a perfectionist and takes pride in what he does. Our fence is perfectly straight (linear and across the top). Without us asking, he even replanted our plants that came up during the excavation. I could not recommend a better person or company for your fencing needs. Without question call JOA and find out for yourself! read more

Called JOA fence company after several failed attempts to have someone come out and give me an estimate. My call was answered and I had a Javier come over and give a more than fair estimate within a 24hr window. Once it was determined safe to dig fence post where we wanted, Javier said he would be there to install my fence on Thursday at 8am. Him and his team tore down, fabricated, and installed the strongest fence in my neighborhood before I arrived home from work on Thursday. I couldn't be happier with the quality, and professionalism. I highly recommend JOA Fence to all of my friends, family, and yelp community. read more

Javier & his team were great for our fencing needs. They repaired/reinstalled a fence & gate that had been taken down for a tree removal, as well as installed a new chain-link fence & gate. They even did an extra fence repair without being asked! Javier was very friendly as well. I highly recommend! read more

JOA Fence is a GREAT choice! My parents got quite a few estimates from other companies in Tracy who are considered the "best of the best," however, companies such as Sunset Fencing, or Richter Fencing were a joke! They would call, set up a time to come measure and give estimates and they would NEVER show up! They'd reschedule and AGAIN, they'd never show up. We got tired of the Tracy companies and found JOA in an internet search. We called JOA and Javier came over a few days later to give an estimate. He built a new redwood fence for my parents backyard and he did a beautiful, fantastic job! JOA is licensed and very professional We HIGHLY recommend JOA! read more
