Great crew, but communication and supervision need improvement…read more The crew that installed my fence did a great job, and the workmanship was excellent. Unfortunately, the experience with sales and the supervisor team was frustrating. I was told in writing that installation and staining would be completed in one day, only to learn after installation that staining required a separate crew and additional days. This should have been communicated upfront. My $5,220 quote was also $500 higher than a competing quote getting work done in the same week. After raising my concerns and dealing with some frustration with the supervisor team, management stepped in and made the right call by reducing the price by $300. Ultimately, the crew deserves credit for their great work, and management deserves credit for making things right. Better communication and coordination upfront would have made this a much better experience. Four stars for the quality of work and management's eventual response.

From my perspective it was a pretty complicated job. From the start Enrique was honest, communicative, and did a great job explaining what was possible. When it came time to do the work, his team did it in the time promised and their work was excellent quality with great attention to detail (and the price was reasonable). I appreciated how Enrique kept me informed each step of the way and laid out the different options. The end product was outstanding and we are so happy that Enrique and his team were able to leave us with a beautiful deck and shade structure. It was clear from the start that he took pride in his work and wanted to do a great job. I would definitely recommend them!

I was looking to get a quote on a new deck in Arnold. He said he would be in the area the week of 4th of July and to send him pictures of our current deck. I sent the pics and weeks went by. Finally July 24th I texted to ask him if he was going to be near Arnold and he read the message and never responded. I realize that he might be busy and it seems like it's tough to get people to give estimates in Arnold. But just be up front about things. I'm disappointed and wish I wasn't ghosted.

I have conducted business with Aida and Cruz twice. I had two gateas put up originally. These gates consisted of a lone side being a pedestrian gate, and the other a rv/pedestrian combo. They look absolutely amazing. It truly brings curb appeal to my home, as well as a great sense of security as well. The second time I did business with them I had them install a courtyard gate to my property that matched the original gates. This gate just tied all of the other and Aida and Cruz were able to make this happen again. It truly was everything I wanted and the care that Cruz and Aida took to meet our needs was met with great communication and collaborative efforts on their part. They truly bring a warm and caring commitment to their customers and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs gates at their home.
