By 1:30 they had diagnosed the issue and let me know what the cost would be and let me know the car should be ready for pick up by the end of the day. I gave them the go ahead, and at 3:30 my car was ready! I got there right at closing due to traffic, and luckily caught everyone as they were heading out. They let me know in the future to just give them a call if I'm running a few minute late so I don't waste a trip over there. But I got everything paid for, and drove off my car, as good as new! Will definitely be back next time I need a routine service or something else more pressing checked out!

Slightly confused I asked the gentleman at the desk to see a printout of the work that had been completed. He told me that I wouldn't get that until I paid. That didn't seem to make sense to me- typically I want to see what's been done BEFORE paying but apparently that's not how they operate. I tried looking up the info in the text message I received but it wasn't clear. I asked the man at the desk if he could turn the computer screen so I could see what was on the invoice. His response- "the F#%k you wanna see?" Really??? "The F#%k you wanna see"??? I want to see what I'm paying for!!! Is that too much to ask??? If this is how your employees treat customers to their face, I don't even want to know how they treat the cars those customers own. The code was an exhaust issue and only the O2 sensor had to be replaced; I would not have otherwise known and would have gotten the replacement CC. Vaughan also suggested a replacement gas cap from the dealer (rather than after market). My warranty is still intact. My father told me integrity is 'what you do when no one is looking;' well, it should also include 'what you do when the other person has no idea what you're talking about.' Thank you.

The low air pressure indicator light illuminated on the dash. I pulled over to check the tires. Sure enough, one was flat. FLAT. On the side of the highway I was able to change to compact spare. Not really knowing where I was, Google maps showed I was only a few miles from this Firestone location. So, without delay I made my way to the shop.
