I usually go somewhere else but they are always so busy, plus you need an appointment and they always ask you if you are going to wait. Today I pulled up, said I needed an oil change and to check my fluids and they did that in about 20 minutes without pushing unnecessary services to your car. I was so nervous my class C first oil change, but the crew here made it so easy. I just pulled in the driveway and they took care of the rest. There bays can accommodate 12 feet height clearance and the 8.5 width. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. They were professional and had great customer service. 5 stars in my book. read more

I had my oil changed here and was extremely happy with their service. The were fast and provided extra services such as vacuuming and washing the inside of the windshield. This is above what other places do for a much higher price. They treat the customer as they want to be treated. read more

I was at this location for about 10 minutes. No line. $85 oil change. I saw on the paper after I left, all the things they were supposed to do. Vacuum, windows, etc. all were marked as completed. None of them were done. I really hope they changed my oil at least. If I had realized they were supposed to do all of those things, I would've said something. I randomly decided to try this location beacuse I was in desperate need of an oil change and I am SOOO GLAD I DID!. the owner came right to my attention and greeted me with a friendly smile. not only do you get an oil change but they wipe down all windows, vacuum the floors, check tires and top up any fluids! I was VERY IMPRESSED!! He told me he will beat any competitors pricing in the area and I have already gone back for more work to my car ! I've had a few oil changes here and the owner always mentions (not pushy at all) that they do repairs and have certified techs. Needed brakes done and decided to take him up on it. They were reasonably priced and the service was quick, couldn't be happier. I'm always very skeptical on getting work done on my vehicles but feel safe having work done here. read more

I had to get my drivers side wiper replaced and the first gentleman I spoke to was very kind. He told me they don't have the part for my wiper, but there's a couple of stores down the street that do (he offered to install after I bought the piece). I came back after I bought the piece and another man came to me and told me what I had was wrong, saying it would not fit and that he'd dealt with this many times before (spoiler: the piece I bought came out of the manual and the books that auto stores offer... ending in me later installing the blade myself and the piece fitting), and said they wouldn't be able to help me. Even after I told him I just needed help removing an adaptor piece it make it fit, he refused. I drove away very disappointed with the lack of effort and active listening. My entire family uses Jiffy Lube of Branford. Owner is from town so you are supporting a small business while getting great service to your car. They never suggest unneeded car repairs like other places I have been to. They are always honest. Prices are great for the level of service provided. I have been going to this JiffyLube for a few years. There is no doubt that this is a family owned and operated business. Everyone takes great pride in their work. The facility is spotless and comfortable. I have never been pressured to have anything done in my car other than what I went there for. Prices are competitive with all other places. I had an oil change yesterday. They up sold me on an air filter. The cost of oil change and air filter was $66.98. The waiting area was freezing cold. They should have a ceramic heater or hot air fan for the customers waiting. read more

I had a lovely experience at this Jiffy Lube. I hate going to get my oil changed because I know very little about cars and dislike being upsold, but that was not at all my experience here. Everyone was polite and kind the entire time I was there, and there was no upselling whatsoever. The oil change was pretty fast and not too expensive, and I loved the quick vacuum and window wash--my car came out looking way better then when it went in. Hello, I was at the Jiffy Lube, in Branford Ct, this morning. I wanted and oil change and fluid change for my 2007 Scion Tc. I had two coupons. One was for $7.00 off and oil change which Mr. Hood did honor. The other was for $20.00 off of a "Transmission Service". He asked me what kind of transmission I had and I said "I have a standard". He said it was for an automatic transmission. I read the coupon again and it does not state for an automatic transmission. It just says Transmission service. He tells me is there a code on it and I showed the coupon to him. He says "See that code it means see store for details". To me a transmission is a transmission whether it is automatic or manual. He says he has to change the coupon and he was doing it right on the computer as we were talking. He also said that the coupon says contact store for details. It does not say that anywhere on the coupon or on the whole piece of paper It was downloaded on. I would like to get my $20.00 dollars back. He also said that there was no one to complain too that he was the owner and he was the one to complain too. read more

The best service and prices you might be able to find in the area. I went to this Jiffy Lube for the first time today and was impressed with the staff and service. They give excellent prices for the work that they complete and are completely honest about the work your car actually needs to get done. They did not try to pressure me into unneeded repairs at unrealistic prices (as I've had multiple places attempt) but told me the exact status of my car. I have never experience such convenient and excellent car service as I encountered today. I will definitely be going back for any and all services that my car will require in the future. I cannot stress how overwhelmed I was with the quality of service at this location. Absolutely phenomenal. read more
