Ultrashine arranged for a tow truck to come pick up my car, called me when the car got there, and continued to contact me every step of the way. My car was ready in just a week--the last time I was in an accident, it took the autobody shop almost 3 weeks to fix a dent in my back bumper. My front bumper looks spotless, and they also cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car! The office staff are so polite and helpful. Phone calls and emails were always answered in minutes. He informed me that the Dealership did not replace hardware (a botched job) which resulted in the pan coming loose while I was driving on the highway. They called the day before to go over everything. They had promised me if I dropped it off at 9 AM, they would have it ready by 5/5:30 PM. I dropped it off at 9:40, and they called me that they were done at 1:35! They did everything for free and even did a multipoint inspection for free. When they found stuff that needed to be taken care of, they were happy for me to pick the car up instead of having it done there. They didn't pressure me or swindle me or try to get money out of me. They just did good work quickly and efficiently! I would go there again in an instant if I needed something!
