Sir-I don't want to go back and forth about this issue on this forum…read more I had placed an order upwards of 25k. 1.My builder came to you with these 3 items and very clearly told you that the finish/sheen of these light fixtures is very different from the sheen of the faucets.We could have accepted a slight shade variation but this was way off.The fixtures were mostly unopened except to take a peek at the finish.At this point,you should have accepted it as all products that have not been opened or altered with in any way can be returned for a refund.But you refused to do that. 2.There were no more returns other than this.We had a tentative list of fixtures to be ordered but we had to cancel them because they were backordered and our house inspection was due in 3 weeks. I was going to order more fixtures in future but sadly I have lost trust in doing any business with you.You have to build a long term relationship with a customer.Sadly,that did not happen in my case.

I never thought I'd say this in regards to lights, but it really is the last place you'll need to look. I called a couple other places and they said they had what I needed, but they didn't sound very certain about it. I needed something very specific - a narrow spot light that was a point source - and they said, "yeah, we have it." Then when I repeated what I needed, she said, "Yeah, we should have something that works." So I called Lights Fantastic and talked to Joe and he said, "I have at least one bulb that fits that description, we definitely have something that will work." So, since I didn't have a lot of time to dilly dally, I went straight to the store. First off, you'll walk into the showroom and it's for all the fixtures. Light fixtures everywhere. I needed the bulb section, so they sent me down the ramp there and in there are just shelves and displays of bulbs. Every bulb you can imagine. For good prices too. We bought some specialty bulbs at Home Depot for $12.99 only to find them here for $8.99. I was amazed. On to the bulb, I needed a point source bulb and I thought I needed a narrow spot, but it turned out that the bulb I chose was a flood. I did need to block out some of the reflector, but the center section was a point source and it fit my application perfectly. We probably looked at about 6 different bulbs before we came across this one and Joe was patient and extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was exactly the help I needed and I got the bulb I needed. You need lights? Fantastic. You've found your place.

On first glance it was your standard three light Hampton bay ceiling fan, but the shade was screw on instead of the type with a lip that is secured with a screw (clearly I'm no lampshade expert here). Apparently this is rare, and if ease of availability on the internet is any clue, yes, it's not common. I was hoping the lamp man would offer me an alternative solution... something less expensive than replacing the entire ceiling fan, but he did not. Ultimately we ended up passing the problem onto our landlord (with a note of apology!) when we moved out. I have no idea how he solved it. Beyond not offering much help, the lamp guy wasn't particularly friendly and certainly not efficient. I love the idea of a specific lamp shade store, but the execution just wasn't there. I do have one lamp that carries a more sentimental significance to me... perhaps when one of my kids knocks it over I will give this place another try at repair.

I was quoted $500.00 which I foolishly believed would include replacing any wires holding crystals that were rusted. The lamps electrical was fixed, lamp was cleaned but the crystals are still falling off. We called to ask about this and were told, transporting the chandelier would cause crystals to fall off, they packed the chandelier. They took no responsibility for the crystals falling off and not being repaired. Also, the chandelier was only in the box for the 30 minute drive from Ft. Worth to Colleyville. I made it clear that I wanted all aspects of the chandelier repaired when I dropped it off.

The plumber said the lantern parts are no longer available and the lantern would need to be replaced. Well- you can't just replace one custom made lantern. Purchasing two of the same quality would have been close to 3000. I called Old Castle Lighting for a second opinion. Good communication, took 4 days for them to get to the house (he said they are busy. A great problem to have) I didn't mention anything about the plumber coming out because I wanted an honest diagnosis. Not only did he fix my lantern within MINUTES, he cleaned both of them explaining his steps the entire time and adjusted the flames for $200! Excellent customer service. There is nothing better than honest help. Highly recommend.
