The person who came to the house to look at it was nice but told me it had to be replaced. He said he would let them know at the office and someone would call me to discuss the possibilities of replacing the unit. no one called. I finally called the office and John stated he would call me later that evening or for sure the next morning with an estimate. no one called. after waiting another 2 weeks to hear from all hours, I decided to have another company install a new unit. They were, however, very prompt in sending a service bill for $140.00. since they were not in a hurry to call me back I was not in a hurry to pay the bill. two months later they are now today wondering why I haven't sent the money. i would have sent it immediately if I hadn't been kept waiting on the return call with an estimate as promised. I tried to return their call after I got off work to explain why I hadn't yet sent payment and that I was waiting to see how long it would take to get a return call from them. Even though I called before 5pm which is the time they are supposed to be open till, no one answered. I tried twice. No answer. I am sending their payment but am hoping they read this review for improved customer service. Follow through is an extremely important part of customer service and this was lacking in my experience.

He diagnosed the issue quickly, clean out needed to be made accessible so he could clear the clog, he installed a new cleanout no issue. He explained all the issues in depth to me. He attempted to clear the clog twice, first time was successful, second time knocked a block a gunk loose that prevented the pipes from draining for a day. Didnt charge me for the second attempt, turns out it needed to be jetted, put me in contact with some nice folks who could have it jetted and they charged me low. They did that, and he gave me a camera inspection for free afterwards. Good guy. Only small tiny gripe is that in terms of arrival times he can be a bit flaky sometimes heh. But I'm satisfied with the work he did. And he did a good job. So i'm happy to give him this 5 star review. Dude could have charged me for the camera inspection and chose not to. He is a man of good character.

These people have no respect for your property. I have to wonder if they've paid for their google…read morereviews. I know they've gotten my review hidden there. I wonder how many others. The quality of their work is shockingly low and they did a LOT of damage while in my home. Their website gives an impression of expertise, but beware. I hired them to extract insulation so I could have the attic inspected. I told them I left bad reviews for people who did sloppy work and didn't fix their issues, but this was the first time I experienced this ridiculousness. As for the ceiling, I heard a very loud bang when they were doing the insulation removal, but I still had them replace the ceiling. They charged me for replacing 2 drywall sheets in the ceiling and suggested I not be there when the did it due to my allergies. When I realized later they hadn't done any more than jack it up and screw it back in (and popcorn over the screws), I also realized they just wanted to make thousands for an hour's work. They did a terrible job and did more damage to my house than the job was worth - not just the paint they got all over the siding, deck, and patio. They duct taped plastic to my painted walls, stripping them of paint taking it down. Who does that? They scraped my stairwell ceiling with their equipment and then painted a stripe over it to try and hide it. The attic sealing they did was no where near sealed. Check out the picture of the chimney pipe they said they sealed. Foam on one side is sealed? They covered an opening into the living space with vinyl planks instead of wood - but they told me they did wood. They left gaps and insulation went down into my air return. How much? Who knows. I'd say they owe me money.
