He helped me extensively on some complex problems related to Win 11, setting up a refurbished pc i bought which had some technical issues and a host of other important problems which came up. He was always very prompt, thorough and personable , and was not overly technical in explaining what we needed to do and why. His fees for what he did were very fair in every case. ! When I dropped off our old Lenovo laptop with Justin I figured it was a lost cause. We couldn't even get any sound to play, had glitches out the ying, yang basically couldn't even play solitaire on it. Justin had it for one day and was able to get the sound back on, and fixed a few glitches. After confirming with me, we ended up wiping the hard drive and came up with a plan that honestly I couldn't believe the was so affordable! He purchased some software that he quoted me, but in the end I didn't need - so the cost was even less. Oh and I had it back in 5 days, probably would have been sooner, but life got in the way (on my part). During our business day, had a Power Outage and computer would not restart. Called Justin at PleaseFixMyComputer.com and he was able to come right out due to the urgent business need for this computer. It was a rainy day and what struck me was that before entering our home, he took his shoes off without being asked. I'd never met Justin before and it was a very considerate policy of his. That was just one of many things that he did that demonstrated that he really cares about and enjoys his job. Shortly, he had the computer up and running again. He checked out some other aspects and made some suggestions to help us get ready for our planned upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, in a couple of months. Looks like our CPU & motherboard won't support the new security platform of Windows 11, so that was helpful information. My surprise was that he suggested waiting a couple of months till some new CPU and Motherboards will be coming out, so we could get the latest upgrades and a better investment for our money. I like this guy! I then asked him to replace a noisy and failing cooling fan on another computer and discussed the best way to upgrade that computer to Windows 11 as well. What impressed me the most was Justin's quiet, calm, confident and knowledgeable demeanor. He's not a sales guy or pushy, but knows his stuff and having retired as a Computer Software Engineer two decades ago, I still know enough to have a full appreciation for his knowledge and years in the industry himself.
