I hired them to paint several rooms and install a wallpaper accent wall. The wallpaper installation was done poorly--the pattern didn't come close to lining up, making the result look unprofessional. They acknowledged the issue and agreed to repurchase the wallpaper and redo the work, but then failed to follow through properly. They didn't purchase enough materials and left the job unfinished. Communication was just as frustrating. Partway through the project, Diego stopped responding entirely. I spent months calling and texting to try to resolve the situation and align on next steps. Eventually, someone claiming to be his assistant contacted me via WhatsApp to say he would not be calling me back. Overall, the lack of workmanship, accountability, and communication made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this contractor.

After getting five quote estimates, we decided to go with the A-Best team based on three factors: 1) A strong referral from our neighbor who had used them in the past 2) The level of detail that Jack (their estimator) provided to us in laying out the Scope of Work for the project and 3) The reviews I had read online from other customers. The project involved not only painting the exterior of our home but also cleaning our roof. Our home includes a gabled roof, wood, brick, and stucco. So, the job was a bit more complicated given the different kinds of surfaces that needed to be painted. And the house had not been painted since 2010. The entire team that came to work on our home over several days included: Eddie, Carlos, Keith, Larry and Weber. They were each very friendly, very professional, and very meticulous and neat in their work. As the project progressed, the team did a great job in communicating to us their progress each day, as well as identifying areas of concern that needed special attention. The project took extra time due to the heavy amount of rain we had last week. But to their credit, they wanted to ensure that they could complete the job under dry weather conditions, resulting in a much better finished project. In the end, we were extremely happy with the results. Our home has a completely new, modern, clean look with very attractive curb appeal. My wife and I live in a neighborhood where the HOA is super strict about EVERYTHING! You can't do…read moreanything without a permit. When we bought our place, it took almost ab entire year to renovate due to delays between the HOA and previous contractors. When we needed to change out all of our water pipes we were hesitant because of more issues with the HOA. Luckily we hired Jaysen and his team who took care of absolutely everything! I did not even have to communicate with the property manager or worry about the permit. He was able to do it all within a matter of weeks!
