But I winded taking my wife's car to run my errands and asked my wife to please just wait for these guys to come between 12-1. At 2:15 I revived a call which I missed I called them back within 15 min. When I spoke to the guy that picked up I was already pissed that they didn't come within my appointment window. Instead of trying to talk to me when I'm annoyed the man on the phone says oh ok you don't want us to come anymore (click). Didn't apologize I got nothing from them. I understand things happen which may result for you to be behind. What I was more pissed about was that they didn't have enough courtesy to call me within my window to let me know they are running behind. If I would know known that my wife could of ran her errands. And still be back on time for them to come and repair the windshield. In my opinion these guys are unprofessional and have no customer service skills.

The price was significantly lower than other quotes he had gotten. The installation was flawless, not even a fingerprint on the glass, he cleaned all the glass and mirrors. You can't detect that this windshield was not the factory original. The last windshield we had done was by the "Safe----" company and the gasket inside was replaced incorrectly and it's obvious from inside.
