He quoted us a price without seeing the actual door, and promised to come to our home the next day. No call, no show. The following Wednesday we called again. The owner came to our home, reviewed the damage and promised to have someone out by the end of the week. Again, no call, no show. We like to support local businesses, and decided to give them one more shot. Called again the following Tuesday. They promised to be at our home today at 9:30 a.m. AGAIN, NO CALL, NO SHOW. We called at 10:30 to ask where they were. The receptionist didn't seem to know anything about the appointment, and said they'd be in touch. It's now 2:20. We have wasted too much time with this company!
