Have used products for 3 renovations over the years. The tiles they sell are generally better…read morequality or at least all from same batch compared to what you get at the big box stores and 2 of 3 times that I bought from them were fine. The most recent experience was not so great. They are very nice when they are trying to get the sale, but once your order is in and you have a thought to modify your order they will tell you everything has been shipped and will be at the warehouse for pick up today even before they check their computers or call their suppliers. They also use this strategy saying they will give you 10 to 20% off for being a valued customer, but unfortunately that 10-20% is taken off of their marked up prices. For example, a 25 pound bag of mapei grout which you can get at Lowe's for $33 or around $40 from other local tile sellers was $50 (with tax )with 20% off. I am willing to pay higher prices and buy local to keep good stores in business, but I will shop somewhere that is more customer friendly when I look for tiles for my next renovation.

Maria took all of the time needed to choose the best design and layout with our space, and tried to incorporate everything on our wishlist. Her attention to detail was great and offered some very helpful solutions that we originally did not think of. When the design was complete we were provided complete blueprints for our contractor and a digital rendering of the space that was very accurate to the final product. Delivery of the cabinets was not an issue and delivery staff was very professional and careful with moving the cabinets into our home. The couple small issues with the cabinets were quickly resolved over the phone with Maria. Overall, I highly recommend Tewksbury Kitchens & Bath for remodel projects!

From the initial consultation through the final installation, the entire experience was excellent. Our Senior Sales Consultant, Steve, was fantastic. With more than 30 years of experience, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He answered all of our questions, was always available when we needed him, and most importantly, there was never any pressure. He made us feel comfortable with our decisions from day one. A special thank you also goes to Danielle and Lori, the Production Assistants. They did a great job coordinating the ordering and scheduling. Everything was well organized and timed perfectly, and they kept us updated on deliveries and installation dates throughout the project. The workmanship from all of the crews was excellent: Jose and his roofing crew did a great job on the roof. Lucas and Roman, who handled our windows and rear door, are true craftsmen. Eddie and his team did a wonderful job on our old floors. We had several areas of damage, a…read moretransition area that needed help and a prefinished floor that I hoped could blend somehow with existing floor after the refinishing. I thought I was going to have to replace the prefinished floor but Eddie said no need as they could blend the two floors nicely. He even suggested redoing the handrail to match which I appreciated as I thought I was going to have to paint them. My floors look awesome. The crew left everything neat when they left and we are extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend!
