So we were pleasantly surprised when we visited this time. The showroom is gorgeous, and the staff immediately helped us. We were installing a 8" x 9 foot drink rail for a game room, so we were on a budget. They worked with us to find a remnant in the color we wanted. They helped us choose our options for edge and corners, and set up a time for on-site measurement. It was just before Christmas, so we chose to defer installation until after the holiday. When they measured, they were right on time, and used high tech laser equipment to measure and draw the space. They discussed the support requirements to me, and they were gone in less than a half hour. They returned with the granite about week later, and installed the slab professionally and neatly. Their sales guy Rob missed my first appointment due to "car issues" the first time. No problem. We rescheduled to the next day. He did not like that I was educated on window replacement costs (from having family/friends do replacement windows already). When he asked what I think a fair price should be per replacement windows I answered him ($1000 -$1200 per window depending on options) and instead of disagree with based on real evidence/facts he walked out my front door without saying one word to me (and can be visibly seen from my ring camera shaking his head at me like I'm some kind of idiot). MSI came to my house on Thursday for a water leak coming from the vent pipe that goes through the roof and coming out of my light that's in my shower. The employee that showed up said he checked the roof which he never did because the snow has no footprints in it and on top of that he said the leak was normal due to the little bit of ice build up that was on the roof. He said just keep an eye on it and what, wait until the ceiling tiles fall through.
