The difference between Phase 4 and the other contractor was night and day, the most significant difference being the willingness to work directly with our insurance company. Matt understood the coverage our policy provided and worked directly with the insurance company to get all that we deserved, never misleading us or the insurance company. With Matt's explanation to the insurance company, they quickly approved the additional work. Phase 4 got right to work and our house wound up looking better than before the tree fell. I had heard of horror stories of people working with insurance companies and contractors. This was not the case for us. Phase 4 came through for us.

Closeby in the contractor world considering they serve Horsham and a few other local towns in the area. I spoke with Christy on November 2nd and discussed the work that I needed. A built-in wall cabinet needed to have some shelves replaced as well as the fascia and molding pieces. In addition the surrounding drywall and insulation needed to be replaced. Christy asked if I could send pictures of the area in question so they can get me a quote. I was immediately skeptical! During Covid I would expect this answer, but in 2023, it didn't make sense! Ok, I take pics and text them over to Christy before 12:30 PM on November 2nd. When we spoke, she also told me they could get me a quote in two days. Today is November 8th and since I had not received a quote, I sent a text to Christy asking....where is my quote. Then I called the office where I was rolled to voicemail. I left a message and moved on to other business. Kevin called me back and left a message saying, "That they couldn't help me and he was sorry that he did not call me sooner. It was his fault! Call back with questions!" I returned his call and he gave me the explanation that "They don't do any rehab carpentry or custom carpentry work. If you have something to assemble from Home Depot or Ikea, we could do that. What you need is a custom carpenter, that is not what we do." IT SAYS YOU DO CUSTOM CARPENTRY WORK ON YOUR WEBSITE!! It lists the following: You name it, we build it! Custom Trim Crown Molding Custom Woodwork Shiplap Railings & Staircases Wainscoting Wall Panelling Custom Lighting AM I CRAZY?! I NEED SOME OF THAT WORK LISTED ABOVE. I AM SURE PICTURES ALONE TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW KEVIN!? Clearly that is all Bravo Sierra! My first clue should have been the quote from pictures and not actually being hands on to survey the work. I have other projects in the future including the following...a kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, deck replacement and recessed lighting in three rooms. Roughly 130-145K in work budgeted over the next three years. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Kevin, you cost your company money and me time. Couldn't be any more of a nice guy but that isnt why I think hes literally the best guy for your job. Every other roofer wants to up sell and make you pay for things that you may not need or could be purchased for cheaper. That wasnt the case with me because my roof isnt old enough to need replacement but it was leaking to my surprise. In one area only and just when it downpours. Rather then selling me a new roof he came to my house inspected the area found a small hole in my flashing and fixed it. I asked how much and he said nothing. Took 5 mins. You really think im gonna call someone else when it comes time to replace. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest roofer.

They were very friendly throughout the process and answered the myriad of questions I had. Once the order for the job was placed, the work was started and completed very quickly, quicker than I even expected or hoped for The work I had done was their "Pro Overlay" on my homes front steps. The concrete on the steps was severely cracked. They patched up and sealed all of the cracks, laid down the rubber Pro Overlay on top of the steps. They then painted and sealed the sides of the steps. Now I have the nicest looking steps on the block. After the work was completed, I had to wait a few days before I could walk on the steps (obviously). John Fitzpatrick himself called a few days later, explained that they took some of the overlay to their shop to cure on their property, so they could monitor how my steps would dry. Once they were satisfied with the curing, they called to tell me it was okay to walk on the steps. Highly recommended, very professional.

I asked for a quote on repairing a sidewalk, and right away the owner gave me attitude, accusing me of being a realtor who was just wasting his time to get a quote so a home can go to settlement (I'm not a realtor, by the way). I was shocked, and told him that wasn't the case, that I actually needed work done (true). He then said that he would drive over and give me an estimate later that day (while I was at work) and leave it in the mailbox. I checked the mailbox when I got home that night, there was nothing there. I called him the next morning and he was incredibly rude, saying "Yeah, I've decided not to give you a quote." When I questioned him as to why, he said "I don't have to give you a reason, I don't have to quote anything if I don't want to". I then brought up all the bad reviews I had seen online and told him that I should have known better and he said "Okay, go ahead and write a bad review how I refused to provide you a quote". So that's what I'm doing. Don't waste your time with this guy...there are plenty of good people in the world, no need to give your hard earned money to jerks.
