To avoid them discontinuing the floor we purchased, I asked them to measure the whole house, including the dining room and kitchen, so I'd have the flooring on hand when we were ready to redo that part of the house. The installers are here now, and Lumber Liquidators didn't order enough material. On top of the large bill they already gave me, I now have to pay even more out of pocket because they failed to order enough for the whole house. Conveniently, their regional managers don't speak to customers. SCAM!

I'm flabbergasted. I needed to get the floors looking nice to sell my home, because after 50+ years…read moreof wear and tear from children, animals, and life in general, my hardwoods were looking rough. I did not expect them to look brand new when they were finished. I was at home for a little while finishing up some stuff when the crew started to work. Curious, I watched for a few minutes - one guy was using a big sander, one guy was using a hand sander bent over like a hairpin, and one guy on his hands and knees was using this hand tool to get into every nook and corner of the floor. They worked so hard to get it done quickly and beautifully. They started Monday, and I was back in the house Wednesday. My ONLY complaint, and it's really nothing they had any control over, is the smell of the stain/varnish. It's overwhelming, even after airing out the house for over 24 hours. Then again, the people who came over to help me move my furniture back into place said they liked the smell... Anyway, for what my opinion is worth, I HIGHLY recommend A&F Flooring! Unfortunately never had any discussion about options and what coating would work best for what i want as well as pros/cons of different polyurethanes. A crew showed up, got right to work and left. After a couple days i noticed imperfections in a couple of the rooms so i reached back out to them. They were very quick to respond and sent the crew out the same day, they inspected the floors and ended up doing another coat at no cost. Floors came out great.
