Instead it was below average. Laps with gaps and not straight. Ends/edges not finished and left two pieces of wood screwed into the base of my steps and didn't finish the hand rail he was supposed to. In addition to that, the floor on my kitchen is so high that I can't fit a standard size dishwasher and now I have to find someone to brake the tile to my new dishwasher can fit. I'm beyond disappointed and pissed! This contractor took 4K from me and left me with an unfinished project and another project that needs fixing. I do not recommend him.

Salespeople don't know the product well enough to recommend or suggest what else we need in addition to the planks we ordered (i.e. underlayment, transition pieces, etc.) When I tried to return unused product, the guy working there said he didn't know how to process a return and that I would need to come back. I live 35 minutes away. If the staff doesn't know how to process a simple transaction, the question is either why are you even open, or why is he even employed? When I eventually got back to return my unnecessary items, they claimed that since I had a "special order", I couldn't return the item and second, since it was 29 days after I picked up the item, they wouldn't take back the item. The sales slip didn't indicate anything being a special order nor did it state the return policy. My hope it that Home Depot puts this dump out of business.
