It took Justin 3 weeks to return my initial phone call and then when he finally came to see my home he ensured me that he would provide an estimate in just a matter of days. Well, it's been over 2 weeks and I've received no estimate and he has not bothered to return either phone calls or texts. A person who claims to be trustworthy, honest and committed to customer service would have the decency to, at the very least, let someone know that they're not interested in the job. As far as I'm concerned Quality Painting is completely unprofessional and unreliable and doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating.
