We had some delays due to COVID-19, but Jim communicated everything in a timely manner. Last year, I stopped in Savona Sales - we looked at a few options but did not buy. After shopping around for the best price and product, we chose to give them another shot. I got to work with Sabri, one of the managers. He made the entire experience so stress free and easy. He immediately took my appointment, created a layout, showed me options based on price and quality and did not play any games with the specs. We ended up coming to a great price and product agreement for J&K Cabinetry. Three weeks later everything was delivered and my contractor installed it. Upon install, we saw that the trash pull out was missing. I called Sabri and he immediately ordered it and provided me a credit of $150.00 for the labor to install. This was generous and appreciated, but here is where the magic happened. We wanted to use the credit to purchase a few extra panels, but due to shipping and other costs it did not work out. I suggested that Sabri perhaps take that credit and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital as a way to do good in the world. Not only did Sabri do this that day, he sent me a copy of the receipt with my name on it validating the donation. This was an amazing act of generosity. So many people just want to make a sale and move on. The care that Sabri and Savona took is amazing and inspiring. They provided us with multiple ideas, design improvements, and money-saving tips, whenever possible. They provided me a very clear picture of the process from start to finish. After the initial sale, they followed up on the delivery of the cabinets and made sure everything was installed correctly. I can honestly say that they helped us 110% to complete this project. I went ahead and purchased all our bathroom cabinets, tiles, and countertops from them. Our sales rep had recommended a signature alcove bathtub. It came in damaged. They sent a new one…read morebut refuse to take back the old one. It becomes our problem. The 2nd one looked alright and the plumbers and contractors began installing the tub and then saw a long crack when they took off the plastic. The project needs to be delayed as I wait for a 3rd tub. No one calls you back at Fergusons and direct you to call build.com where you wait on line for quite a long time. This has been a very frustrating experience. My contractor and plumbers will not recommend using this place I hope other things I bought from them aren't damaged as I haven't installed anything else yet. I will definitely not be buying my shower from them.

We walked in, and Diego walked us through some options and pricing, and we settled on a lovely Quartz countertop. We decided to go with Quartz, as Granite requires yearly sealing and maintenance. We scheduled our template appointment, followed by our installation. It was a smooth process and we ended up paying about $1800 for everything. Good stuff. She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job.
