On the scheduled day, Lucas contacted me within the promised time window and gave me a 30-minute heads-up before arriving. Lucas is friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. He quickly found the cause of the thumping, turned the drum, switched the rollers, and the thump was gone. He also cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the dryer and the vent. He charged the standard diagnostic and base repair fee, typically $189 plus parts, though the fee can vary by appliance. I strongly recommend Certified Appliance Care.

My LG washer didn't drain anymore. Living in Newton, I called Home Pro Appliance on a Sunday, and…read morethe repair person came within an hour and a half exactly when expected. He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.

I am a cancer patient and a senior citizen currently self quarantined and in shock because I have never been spoken to like that EVER! I merely asked for reassurance that a repair service would not alter performance and he lost his temper yelled at me with profanity and like a crazed person said he hopes he transmitted the covid 19 virus to me. Shock and awe!! I have reported him to Health Dept, Better Business Bureau and I have recourse under Comm of Ma Consumer protection Sec 93. If service faulty and he damaged function if dryer! In addition I recorded the call where he screamed and used the F word and saved text he sent stating he hopes he gave me virus because he has it! OMG imagine anyone telling a customer that?! The City will grace that as he's considered a spreader! The man needs anger management and sensitivity training beside the fact he arrived at 9AM Sloppy and in dirty work clothes. Also gave me unsolicited advice on how to cure cancer... I believe this is a troubled man with issues. As a former and now retired executive highly trained and skilled in customer relations he is reprehensible and ignorant! He treated the wrongs woman ---whom he thought he could use abusive language to and get away with it -- but not realizing I'm no shrinking violet! Do not subject yourself to a business owner who treats anyone in this manner!!
