The person I spoke with asked about the brand and model, then told me it would be no problem to repair. They said nothing about an appointment fee or service charge just for showing up. Service tech gets there when my sister in law is watching kiddos - literally looks at the stove for 30 seconds and says we can't fix that. Then he bullied and threatened her into paying a $95 "service call" fee - he implied he wouldn't physically leave unless she paid him right away and refused to wait until I got back (less than a mile away). She felt unsafe. She paid and he took off. He was in our house for less than 5 minutes. I called up to discuss, the person who answered the phone called me stupid for not knowing there would be a service fee and then promised his manager would call to discuss - guess who never called? Just a thoroughly dishonest company that I could never recommend doing business with - very shady.
