Norm (the owner) called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message on their machine. A quick call back is very rare, having a friendly person call you back is even more rare! Norm's employee, David came out today, he was also very nice and professional. He was friendly to my curious dogs too! David was honest and told me the dishwasher wasn't worth repairing since the cost for the part cost almost as much as a new dishwasher. Bergerons doesn't sell appliances, but David gave me a couple of really helpful tips for buying a new dishwasher. I put his good advise to use tonight and purchased a new one. *If they sold appliances, I would absolutely purchase from them* After two years of using Bergerons, I'm happy to say that the great service, and honesty is still very much part of their work. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do the job!

I called on a Saturday morning around 9 AM and reached their after hours Emergency Line which states they take calls 24/7. Unfortunately they don't return the calls they receive. About three hours later I called back and was told that they had not called in for their messages, must be on a job, my message was still on file. Going on six hours since my first call, called back in, I was told they were given my message, should be hearing back soon... 9 hours later....called in one last time for closure, told they were given my message...that's all they knew (the answering service). He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.

The service technician shows up at your house a few minutes before the scheduled 12PM to 5PM window with no warning. Our family works so we can't just sit at home waiting for a technician to show up all day. It be nice for a phone call or something letting us know that they are on there way. By 4 PM you then get a crappy email telling you that they want to reschedule your appointment because they showed up and you weren't there. Why couldn't you send in email before saying you were on your way? Horrible way of doing business.
