    Je reconnais que de nombreuses personnes ont été satisfaites du service de cette entreprise. pas mon cas. toute l'expérience m'a laissé mal au cœur. lorsque les entreprises profitent ouvertement des consommateurs qui travaillent dur, cela me rend furieux ça fait quelques jours. J'avais une visite prévue pour la semaine prochaine, mais au réveil ce matin, la maison était à 16 degrés et n'allait nulle part. J'ai appelé pour une visite d'urgence et je comprends que cela coûte plus cher qu'une visite régulière. Mais DES PROFITEURS, qui me facturant 450 $ pour un thermostat !!!!!!!! C'est carrément ridicule quand il se vend en ligne pour 179 $ d'une entreprise locale à Longueuil, livraison gratuite. Facture totale aujourd'hui 712 $ pour le remplacement d'un thermostat. En fait, la garantie s'est terminée en janvier dernier. Encore une fois, je comprends le service prioritaire cout...... mais qu'on en profite ..... Et non seulement cela, le technicien me facture une heure et demie pour installer un thermostat. Un employé m'a en fait dit 'nous vous facturons ce que nous payons''.... vraiment ?!?!?!? J'étais sceptique dès le premier jour il y a 5 ans quand le vendeur de 70 ans a fait beaucoup d'erreurs sur mon contrat (prix, équipement inclus) Je pense que j'aurai eu un service plus honnête d'une entreprise dont je n'étais pas client. Alors si vous aimez vous faire baiser, tentez votre chance avec cette entreprise. C'est triste de voir pendant une pandémie des gens et des entreprises profiter délibérément des gens. Nous avons tous des familles, nous avons tous des factures à payer... Et pour le propriétaire, le bilinguisme est un atout.

    This is a review on "Hydro Solutions' Heat Pump Team and Program":…read more This summer at the suggestion of a colleague, we reached out to Hydro Solutions to learn more about their Heat Pumps for our cottage in the Laurentides, and found the representatives at Hydro Solutions - Ortencia & Ersulia - to be an excellent educational resource on the advantages of Heat Pumps and on why Hydro Solutions' Heat Pump program made sense for us. The fact that we had multi-lingual support in English, Spanish or French by Ortencia & Ersulia also enabled us to ask technical questions in the language that was easier for us to understand. The representatives answered all our questions, and stayed in touch throughout the process helping with any additional concerns that came up. The system has not yet been installed because during the high season & the recent heat waves, they have about a 4 week installation waiting period, but knowing that we can reach back to them if we face any issues with the local partner installers gives us peace of mind in this project. Suggestion: Only 1 process suggestion we would have for Hydro Solutions Senior Executive Team, and I think it has been touched upon by several other reviews here. Hydro Solutions' customer support team; their heat pump products and their monthly financing program are on target and have enormous potential in the current market environment. However, I would strongly suggest that they develop and closely monitor a very "real-time" clear and strong on-going quality control/evaluation of their chosen local partners/installers; one that includes online local partner evaluations sent to Hydro customers every step of the process. Hydro Solutions senior executive team may have all the right pieces to have a huge financial success with their Heat Pump program offering, but the highest risk to that success is in insuring the on-going highest quality and loyalty of the local partners/installers' follow-thru with Hydro Solutions customers. Thank you again to the Hydro Solutions team, and specially to Ortencia & Ersulia for all their great help in this project.

    Poor service. I took a day off work for nothing. They could not replace my water tank situated on…read morethe second floor of my condo. The technician was not qualified to shut the main valve. I had to do it for him. He also did not take the time to wait until the water from the pipes emptied. He asked that I call a plumber to install a valve first. I cancelled and made other arrangements with a plumber instead. FYI....They are owned by Brookfield.

    Comfort Expert is one of the few companies which has made a lasting impression on us, at every step…read moreof the way, from the time we placed our service call to getting a feedback on the expected time arrival, to the actual service call. Our heating is by hot water via an electrical boiler, which started to act at the worst possible time of the year, where the outside temperature is at its lowest. Scheduling a service call could not have been easier as the information requested was precise and detailed enough that they can pinpoint the possible cause. We were impressed with Yoel's professionalism and courtesy by removing his overshoe before entering the house. His expertise and level of due diligence is well above our expectations. He spent time checking each radiator while explaining the process in detail. About a week later, another unrelated issue popped up, caused by the thermostat, a critical time where most staff are off on a public holiday. Fortunately, a new service technician, Stephan, was despatched within the hour. Similarly, we got the same level of attention, care and expertise that solved our problem. This is truly one of the few companies that genuinely stands out for its level of service. This is how every company should behave.

He made a report to the company and made sure that an electrician would follow up. He called several times to check. He is a great employee. Very efficient, polite and caring.
