They quoted me $55,184.55 just to rewire the apartment - here's a sample of their pricing: * $5,306 for 14 light fixtures with no access (that's $379 each!) * $7,406 for 15A circuits (14 of them!) * $8,554 for 26 regular power outlets (that's $329 each!) * $1,974 for 6 switches (!) * $4,068 just to run thermostat wires * And another $5,172 on overpriced baseboard heater replacements Then they added another $13,469.32 just to upgrade the service and breaker box: * $4,719 for a 200A panel and breakers * $2,940 for 60ft of PVC pipe (seriously?) * $909 just to ground to the water pipe That's over $68,000 before a single wire is touched. For reference, that's more than my car and nearly half what I paid for the building. To make matters worse, they charged me $500 just for the visit - and then refused to proceed without full basement access, even though I clearly asked for isolation of the upstairs unit. Bottom line: I felt like I was dealing with a company that either didn't understand my request or saw a golden goose. If you value your money, get a second (or third) opinion. These prices are not just high - they're completely disconnected from reality.

They sent a…read moretechnician to do the installation, he put it in the same place as my cable connection box on the opposite side of the wall it took him half an hour to remove that box (never reinstalled it) . When he finished the the box was crooked because he didn't install it on a 2x4 . I had purchased all the material required to do the job but he said the box I purchased was meant to be installed on a 2x4 and he could not do that, the truth is that the best place to have installed it was on the 2x4 he would not have needed to remove the cable box . I spoke to the woman who quoted the job and she sent another technician to fix the box but I never received a rebate from the $300.00 they ended up charging me. They are crooks. Wayne from Kirkland
