Despite clear evidence that a $300.30 service call for my unit's air conditioning was necessary--due to repeated renter complaints--they refused to reconsider the charge. Their communication was dismissive, their decision-making arbitrary, and their actions show complete disregard for property owners. By penalizing responsible actions, they discourage proper maintenance and create more problems in the long run. If you value integrity, transparency, or respect, look elsewhere. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

Specifically caveat threats. They also go forward with caveats a d tack them o to a bill which has already been paid (condo fees) they also entrap the condo owners with speacial assements and offer 6 months to pay but then find a reason not to give the owner that time to pay. Speacial assesments are handed out all.the time, but the work.never gets done. I would not recommend.e d this company at.all to manage anything. Not even a crosswalk at an elementary school.The managers at the top allow these s senior and junior property managers to whatever they want without checks or any disciplinary actions for when they screw up. This company is by far the worst property management company I have ever come across and I strongly urge people who.are suffering by their hands to take them to small claims court. I've been harassed, and have had my tenant rights breached MULTIPLE times. The landlord and building manager entered my unit the day after the scheduled inspection and intimidated my babysitter that was home with my sick child. She brings her emotional support dog with her to babysit, which was approved by the previous landlord and they are trying to tell me I breached my lease because the new landlord hasn't approved it, this is after they tried to withdraw unauthorized money from my account and attempted to withdraw rent after I had already paid by cheque. This put me me in arrears for my car insurance and double nsf's, which I ultimately had to end up paying out because of this. The breach letters come after their little attempts. They gave me a breach noice saying I didn't have my PAD on file, the day after they tried to take a random amount from my account, and I got a breach noice for my sitter the day after they illegally entered my unit:. This is full blown harassment and very unprofessional. They say I'm in arrears but won't say what for lol??? All my rent payments are up to date ‍ We are also survivors of domestic abuse and this building is one location our abuser can't access and now has been made unsafe by the landlord and manager. I was also given a bill for common area carpet cleaning after helping an elderly gentlemen move out of the building because he had bags in the hallway. The landlord graciously told me that you guys can't charge us for things like that, so that's one decent things she's done. I also disclosed my sensative situation with the landlord, and ever since, I've been harassed with breaches, and they've breached my human rights as I believe this is discrimination to my situation. I'm assuming it's there way of getting me to move out, but that's not going to happen since this is our safe house and I'm not doing anything wrong. Imagine being a mom and a landlord and doing this to another mom with young children who are trying to live a safe and happy life. It's evil actually. I reported the breaches to the building manager and submitted my formal notice that I am escalating this matter for damages, I also asked for upper management and it's been declined by the building manager , so I apologize I messaged on every social media platform, but I think the owners would like to know of the illegal activities going on at Westview Manor Building C and the fact that these 2 individuals are leaving serious marks on Braden's reputation, there is several Facebook posts about this building alone. I think it's only fair they are warned with the truth.

    I've been an owner for 11 years now. I have been waiting…read morejust over two years for them to fix one issue. They had a company come in to my suite to access the laundry room and do some HVAC work for the building. In the process, they moved my washer/dryer and tore the linoleum. Over the last two years I have been in communication with or been told that the following people were in charge and are able to help me fix this Janet Milberry Naby Sylla Catherine Douglas Jessica Nychkalo This issue is still not resolved and I am extremely disappointed. Whenever they've asked me to do something or take care of something on the outside of my property, I did it within 24-48 hours. Treat others as you wish to be treated, it's pretty simple yet their company culture seems to be challenged. I've read reviews on Google, glass door, Yelp and everywhere says the same thing about their disorganized culture & leadership. I chose to write this review as I told them I would do, several months ago, if the issue wasn't resolved. No one has contacted me since the last time I reached out to them.

Will most likely be contacting RTDRS over this matter, as they refuse to communicate at all. Even the building manager can't get a response out of head office. Last summer the building was struck by lightning, and the microswitch to allow the post courier in the building did not work, nor did the buzzers. It took them months to have it repaired, and even then it kept malfunctioning, and we could not get our mail delivered. The site manager didn't receive responses to her calls or emails either. This company is accountable to no one.

    the building we live in has such poor neglectful management . been here for a year or so…read moreunfortunately. 1. homeless sleeping / pooping / peeing in entrance & stairways. Which took weeks before it was cleaned up 2. entrance door lock keeps getting jammed and it takes weeks prior to it being fixed. 3. constant false fire alarms 4. lack of security no cameras other than tenants balconies by tenants choice. 4. Had floodings happen because of an upstairs neighbor 5. Hallways , stairways always smell like a dumpster , horrible stench cleaners only come before a health and safety investigation just so they can briefly cover it up. 6. Constant higher traffic throughout the night. 7. We pay condominium rents to live here 1000+ for an unsafe environment 8. Find needles and used spoons for smoking drugs in stairways&hallways, very often .. must I add there's children living here, this building needs to get shut down 12914 64th street Edmonton ... or simply better management who care more about their tenants.     Update on Bella, they are not in business anymore as the main person, whom we were not told about…read moreat purchase time which is illegal in real estate, sold their 12 units. Kinda not surprised as he finally wanted to be on the condo board at last meeting but as a result were never called or a notice written to me and other owner of my unit. Again, more miss management as it seems the rest of us in the building were paying condo fees monthly for non service and insults when we could get the phone call answered. How did we find out? About this sale? Well a notice was posted at the mail boxes that our building insurance was due to expire, when I saw the notice, in 5 days for the entire building. Can you believe this? Normally this was covered in the yearly condo board meeting which proves my point of no condo meeting's happening as they are required by the law. I need other owners to contact me as it seems a coup is going on now the largest owned has fold out and left the building. Seriously need an owners meeting as there is no Bells management. When you call their number s young man answers but does not give his name or say who he works for. Help! I plan to live here till I die as I grew up in this area as a small child and the convenience is important to me.
