They walk around acting like they manage a property worth over a billion dollars, when in reality they couldn't even handle a place worth $500. The most ridiculous part? The issue we deal with here doesn't even happen in other buildings -- it's unique to ours because of their laziness and mismanagement. This management team is not only unprofessional but also an active nuisance, constantly making residents' lives harder. One star is too kind, but it's the lowest I can give. We own two condos managed by Pinnacle. During the recent cold snap we unfortunately experienced a…read moreburst pipe as a result of a faulty shutoff valve. Extensive flooding resulted and Pinnacle had a team in within a couple of hours to fix. Their fast response and repair enabled our new tenant to still move in with only a 10day delay. At a time when trades would have been extremely hard to find their response was immediate. The office staff also are very responsive to any questions or concerns and deal with them in a timely fashion. Kudos to all their team.
