I don't think he has to this day come out to look at the final product. Very bad customer service and the shorted plants bordered on cheating. Very unhappy with his business in general.

We were really scared. I called Incline and they put me in touch with Pete, who is the nicest young man. He is so fast with communication - he responds within a couple of hours via email. He came right over, measured and gave me an immediate estimate - all the while telling me that he didn't think him installing gutters would fix the issue. I mean, he could have just sold me gutters, but they're HONEST people. So I ended up buying the gutters because I'd tried everything else, and they were very reasonably priced. Fast installation, and my husband just looked at them - they installed gutter guards without us even requesting them! That was such a nice surprise. So I had them out again to see if they could troubleshoot the leak. Within 10 minutes, the guy seemed to isolate the issue and made a recommendation. My husband just fixed it and the leak stopped. They didn't follow up, i had to call them to try to get a price, and when i did get a hold of them they forgot about my bid, then just gave me oral guess 2500-3800K for my project and then call me back later the same day to give me another oral guesstimate of 6500-7000 K for roof repairs. They seemed unorganized, lazy, and didn't want to do my project. It would've been better if they declined early instead of wasting my time and theirs.

Fourth, my neighbor got a new driveway a few days later by a different company. I asked him if he would share how much he paid. It was $3,100 more than I paid for about the same sized driveway!
