He came out twice, once to supposedly diagnose the problem, which I already told him what the issue was, but he ignored. Second time he came out to repair, was rude, started digging a hole to find the valve, only saw two valves of the 3 valves in the box. The third valve being the one that was the problem. Refused to look for it, and was going to terminate a incorrect zone. When I told him this, he just angerly left the site with the hole still dug out. I would not recommend Dave do any of your repairs.

This spring when I turned my sprinkler system on I noticed that they had left a drain valve closed on the outside line that froze and burst? When I confronted them, they first denied blowing my sprinkler out..... So then I sent them the sticker on my control box that they put up showing that they had winterized it in the fall of 2025.... Then, they tried to convince me that they had left that valve open. Clearly they were unorganized enough to not remeber that they did blow my system out, which further suggests that they failed to open that valve. Sadle their suggestion to me was: "Call a plumber". Needless to say they suck. I strongly encourage you to not go with them or do business with them. They lied.....twice.

I called Amy back to let her know we used a different company as they did not show up. I asked for my money back as they didn't uphold their agreement to come out to Winterize and or cut our bill in half and settle the remaining balance. They price gouged the Winterization fee and I cancelled. I called to get the 175.00 back and was argued with! I am absolutely mortified by the lies and deception of the business practices of this company. I asked for the owners # and she would not give me his name or number. Don't use this company.....terrible billing practices + manipulative, doesn't itemize work, bills erroneously and puts customers last!

Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate.
